We Are Alive! April 3rd, 2024 Tired of Tires
Since fitting out the bus back in September, I've been storing these old tires in my back yard. There's nothing that makes a yard look unkept more than having six nasty tires sitting around!
Today I made time to get to the tire shop to leave some dirty worn tires and get them off my property. They can't be thrown away in the trash, so I paid a few dollars per tire to have them "recycled". I have no idea what ultimately will happen to them, but I know they're now gooooone!
Good riddance!

I do not know either how they will recycle the tires, but the tires can be used as decorations (for example after painting them), or as kid toy, or as flower pots. Probably there are other use cases too.

I cut the sidewall off of one side and make planters out of them.
Stack up a few, paint them with some cheap paint, and they can look pretty good.
