We Are Alive! April 4th, 2024 Phone Bank
Today I did a little political activism making calls to remind voters to participate in a special election. It's targeted and non-intrusive, which is good. I really do not like annoying political calls.
Spring is in the air! Winter is over! Our service berry tree is getting ready to blossom! Perhaps we'll get some fruit from it this year, we shall see!
Service berries are sort of like red colored blueberries with larger seeds inside. Instead of growing on a bush, it grows on a tree. It's like a tree full of red "blueberries".
We like to make jam from the fruit, it's very tasty and well-enjoyed.

Politics is only dividing people on a wider scale (this is their intended goal). Best to avoid it, and working together in communities.
I agree, the attempt within the political world is to divide people ideologically. What's encouraging is when an individual steps up to offer practical reform that people on both "sides" would generally agree on, lessening the gap.
