Well last night we had a surprise. Our little girl had a stomach issue yesterday and we were just waiting for whoever is next. My boy came to us early this morning and made it just in time... having an illness like this go through six little children (and two adults) is not very fun. Thankfully, today we enjoyed a lot of rest and recovery time. My oldest had her first incident, now we just have three more children to go. And daddy and mommy, perhaps.

It was a mostly restful day without many incidents. As the children become older, they can handle illnesses much better. It's just the small ones that require a lot of attention and sometimes clean up.

But regardless of sickness, we are ALIVE and thriving, resting and rejoicing, in sickness and in health, appreciating that after six days of work, we have a full day off.
