Been trying myself to feel attached to my body of late lol 😅 I have sleep paralysis and parasomnias in which the feeling of drifting away sometimes through something that feels another dimension. I knowit is a dream but still
Oh I had sleep paralysis once.....it was scary!
Oh my, my case was severe as a child. I could not fall sleep or wake up without it. I had an early teen diagnosed and was research subject on sleep unit, now it comes and goes along with other sleep disorders and have learned to drift to lucid dream but sometimes it is just awful, this week 2 episodes and both pretty bad
