Spending quality time with our family is one of the most rewarding activities that can exist, since it is in the company of our loved ones that we feel most loved, protected and pampered. Sometimes our lives move at such an accelerated pace that we neglect the smallest and simplest moments, because it is precisely in them where the seed of love, tenderness and well-being is most fertile. When we talk about family, it is impossible not to mention our parents, who fight tirelessly every day to give us a better future, constant joy and deep peace.

Un Desayuno Familiar
Pasar tiempo de calidad en familia es una de las actividades más gratificantes que puedan existir, ya que es en compañía de nuestros seres queridos cuando nos sentimos más amados, protegidos y mimados. A veces nuestras vidas avanzan a un ritmo tan acelerado que dejamos de lado los pequeños y más simples momentos, pues justamente en ellos en donde se cultiva de manera más fértil la semilla del amor, la ternura y el bienestar. Cuando hablamos de la familia es imposible no mencionar a nuestros padres quienes día a día luchan de forma incansable por regalarnos un mejor futuro, una alegría constante y una paz profunda.
It is precisely in the company of my parents that I decided to break with the daily routine and this time the three of us went to enjoy a delicious Creole breakfast accompanied by a delicious natural juice or coffee with milk, together at the table we could enjoy the most of this little moment that life gave us, a space where we remembered old experiences and where we had the great opportunity to laugh, share and simply live life to the fullest.
Es justamente en compañía de mis padres que decidí romper con la rutina diaria y en esta oportunidad nos fuimos los tres a disfrutar de un delicioso desayuno criollo acompañado de un rico jugo natural o café con leche, juntos en la mesa pudimos disfrutar al máximo de este pequeño momento que nos regaló la vida, un espacio en donde recordamos viejas vivencias y en donde tuvimos la grandiosa oportunidad de reírnos, compartir y sencillamente vivir la vida al máximo.
Being together and sharing a delicious breakfast is something that fills me enormously, since it is a simple but profound activity, where family relationships are strengthened, where we can share our ideas, our goals and our difficulties, always finding common solutions that arise from the heat of experience, love and deep fraternity. It is in this way that I hope that in the future moments like this can be repeated, where together as a single nucleus we can forget about the outside world in order to focus on the important and valuable thing of being part of a united family that loves each other deeply.
Estar juntos y compartir un rico desayuno es algo que me llena enormemente, ya que se trata de una actividad simple, pero profunda, en donde se fortalecen las relaciones familiares, en donde podemos compartir nuestras ideas, nuestros objetivos y nuestras dificultades, siempre encontrando soluciones comunes que surgen al calor de la experiencia, el amor y la profunda fraternidad. Es de esta forma como Espero que en el futuro se puedan repetir momentos como este, en donde juntos como un solo núcleo podamos olvidarnos del mundo exterior para así enfocarnos en lo importante y valioso que constituye ser parte de una familia unida y que se ama profundamente.
