Caracas is a city that gives us many opportunities to enjoy the most of the nature that surrounds us and the Waraira Repano National Park is one of those truly magical places, where a small cable car takes us to the top of the clouds, it is there where time stops, the temperature drops and the immensity of the mountain dazzles us with its beauty and splendor, it is a place that has a very special place in the hearts of all caraqueños, This mountain not only provides us with entertainment and recreation, but also gives us a natural protection against the adversities that are found on the coast, also gives us huge amounts of fresh air and at the same time gives us the opportunity to have a city that stands out for its incredible mountain scenery, where the hills and peaks are the main attractions of this valley.

Caracas es una ciudad que nos brinda muchas oportunidades para disfrutar al máximo de la naturaleza que nos rodea y el Parque Nacional Waraira Repano es de esos lugares verdaderamente mágicos, en donde un pequeño teleférico nos conduce hacia más arriba de las nubes, es allí yendo en el tiempo se detiene, la temperatura baja y la Inmensidad de la montaña nos deslumbra con su belleza y su esplendor, se trata de un lugar que cuenta con un espacio muy especial dentro del corazón de todos los caraqueños, ya que esta montaña no solo nos brinda distracción y esparcimiento, sino que también nos regala una protección natural contra las adversidades que se encuentran en la costa, además nos regala enormes cantidades de aire puro y al mismo tiempo nos brinda la oportunidad de contar con una ciudad que se destaca por su increíble escenario montañosos, en donde las colinas y picos son los principales atractivos de este valle.

The cable car is the fastest and easiest option to reach the top, from the windows of their cabins you can appreciate a privileged view of the city of Caracas, when the weather permits we can enjoy a panoramic view that goes from east to west and from north to south, that is a strategic space from where it seems to have control of the whole city. Normally the cable car is the most used means for those who want to get quickly to the Pico El Avila, which is approximately 2,550 meters above sea level and from where you can see both the city of Caracas and the Caribbean coast of the state of La Guaira.

El teleférico es la opción más rápida y sencilla para llegar a la cima, desde las ventanas de sus cabinas se puede apreciar una vista privilegiada de la ciudad de Caracas, cuando el clima lo permite podemos disfrutar de una panorámica que va desde el este hasta el oeste y desde el norte hasta el sur, es decir se trata de un espacio estratégico desde donde se pareciera tener el control de toda la gran ciudad. Normalmente en teleférico es el medio más utilizado para quienes quieren llegar de forma rápida a las caminerías del Pico El Ávila el cual se encuentra aproximadamente una altura de 2.550 metros sobre el nivel del mar y desde donde se puede apreciar tanto la ciudad de Caracas como la costa del Caribe del estado de la Guaira.

In this opportunity the tour was planned between Junior, Manuel and myself and it would be a reunion, where we would have the opportunity to share in a fraternal way after years of being separated in different cities due to various circumstances, but fate made us coincide in this capital and therefore this was an opportunity that we could not miss, so we decided to undertake our ascent a little closer to the sky and there to walk, As it is typical in this city while we were climbing to the peak we had a clear weather, but with the passing of a few minutes the clouds settled over us and a light rain would begin to soak everything, it also brought with it a great cold, which forced us to put on our sweaters and look for a place to have a coffee or a hot chocolate.

En esta oportunidad el recorrido fue planificado entre Junior, Manuel y mi persona y se trataría de un reencuentro, en donde tendríamos la oportunidad de compartir de forma fraternal después de años de estar separados en ciudades distintas debido a diversas circunstancias, pero el destino nos hizo coincidir en esta capital y por lo tanto esta era una oportunidad que no podíamos dejar pasar, así como decidimos emprender nuestro ascenso hace un poquito más cerca del cielo y allí poder caminar, disfrutar y admirar de las bellezas de una montaña que cuenta con vida propia, como es típico en esta ciudad mientras subíamos al pico contamos con un clima despejado, pero con el pasar de algunos minutos las nubes se posaron sobre nosotros y una ligera lluvia comenzaría a empaparlo todo, además trajo consigo un gran frío, el cual nos obligó a colocarnos nuestros suéteres y a buscar un sitio en donde tomarnos un café o un chocolate caliente.

Between photos, memories and laughter we spent a splendid day, where we not only reunited three old friends, but we also had the opportunity to share with part of Junior's family, which I thought was great, as this allows us to generate much stronger ties and at the same time contributed to make our trip an extraordinary moment. It is great to enjoy every moment of life to the fullest, that is why we must learn to take things calmly and not to miss opportunities to be happy with those who love and appreciate us.

Entre fotos, recuerdos y risas pasamos un día espléndido, en donde no solo nos reencontramos tres viejos amigos, sino que también tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir con parte de la familia de Junior, lo cual me pareció genial, ya que esto permite generar lazos muchos más fuertes y al mismo tiempo contribuyó a que nuestro paseo resultar en un momento extraordinario. Es genial poder disfrutar al máximo de cada instante de la vida, es por ello que debemos aprender a tomarnos las cosas con calma y a no dejar pasar las oportunidades de ser felices junto a aquellas personas que nos quieren y que nos aprecian.

Walking through the paths of this park is usually a good idea, since it always gives us different landscapes and moments, which have the ability to stay in our mind and in our heart for a long time, besides getting in direct contact with nature also helps us to refresh our mind, our body and our spirit, which is very necessary for the healthy development of our body. So do not miss the opportunity to visit these natural spaces in your city, I am sure that everywhere we can find places as magical as this, where we can enjoy our lives to the fullest and where we can share with great friends.

Recorrer las caminerías de este parque normalmente resulta ser una buena idea, ya que siempre nos regala paisajes y momentos diferentes, los cuales tienen la capacidad de quedar guardados en nuestra mente y en nuestro corazón por muchísimo tiempo, además entrar en contacto de forma directa con la naturaleza también nos ayuda a refrescar nuestra, mente nuestro cuerpo y nuestro espíritu, lo cual es muy necesario para el sano desarrollo de nuestro organismo. Así que no pierdas la oportunidad de recorrer esos espacios naturales en tu ciudad, estoy seguro que en todos lados podremos encontrar lugares tan mágicos como este, en donde podemos disfrutar al máximo de nuestras vidas y en donde podremos compartir con grandes amigos.
