Hello everyone
How are you today ? I hope that everyone in the Architecture+Design Community will always be given health and happiness in living this life. Anyway, did you guys miss me? I am just kidding. It seems like it's been a long time since I participated and contributed to this community. So, this time I will return to share stories about my experiences with all my friends. Keep reading my posts.

Some time ago, my wife and I went on holiday to Vietnam. We visited several cities such as Saigon / Ho Chin Minh City and also Da Lat. There were lots of places we visited and of course it was an interesting experience for this short holiday.

The Choco – Coffee & Chocolate

Like any other married couple. My wife will be busy making a list of destinations to visit and I will just go along, stare and enjoy it. Like this time, my wife invited me to visit one of the cafes which is a destination for tourists like us.

The place we visited was called, The Choco. This café is located in the same area as the train station. There is a levy fee to enter this area and there is also a parking fee, I slightly forgot about the price. This café is made with a very striking design and also contrasts with the surrounding area. This café building uses a very beautiful color combination. The walls of the building use a bright yellow color combined with dark brown on the frames such as the windows and doors.

From my observations, this café building uses an old warehouse building from this part of the train station. Some of the construction and appearance of the front of this café building reminds me of several buildings at the train station in my city. In particular, the goods warehouse looks very similar but also very classic.

The view of the back area of this café also looks very beautiful. We will see the small garden that forms the boundary between this café and the train station building. When I came to this place, it was raining and made the atmosphere very romantic and serene.

Design and Interior of the Indoor Area of The Choco

So, after seeing the outside of this cafe. I want to invite friends to see what the inside of this café is like. My attention was immediately attracted to the carving of "The Choco" on the central wall of this room. The wooden background also looks very beautiful and the aesthetics seem to be very beautiful to look at.

As I thought before, this café building uses the old warehouse building from this train station. We can see it from the wooden construction that forms the pillars on the roof of this building. This café building does not use a ceiling, meaning the wood that forms part of the roof is visible from inside. It's very beautiful and also very cool.

I also saw classic style hanging lamps on the roof of this building. I believe, this hanging lamp is an additional ornament installed by this cafe. The addition of this classic hanging lamp makes this café look harmonious with the concept it wants to show.

There is something else that also caught my attention. I saw a bookshelf with a very unique design and different from other bookshelves I had ever seen. This bookshelf is made by combining several boxes arranged to form flower petals. These boxes are very precise and add to the aesthetic value of this café.

The classic style of this café is also reinforced by the furniture concept used. The Chocho uses classic iron chairs which are very old-skull but look very luxurious. This iron chair has been slightly modified in the seating area by providing foam padding for the comfort of visitors who sit here.

In addition, these aesthetic iron chairs are equipped with a small round table which also looks small. As a café, The Choco focuses on giving us a pleasant experience to relax while drinking hot chocolate at this café. Because this café does not serve food and only focuses on drinks, this small round table is very suitable for use.

So, maybe that's all I can share with all my friends. See you next time and hopefully it's useful for all your friends.

Your wife has made a good choice, it is a nice place with a warm and quite cozy design, I liked the shelves! I think it would look nice in a living room hehe. Greetings!
