This was a unique experience when I was a backpacker in Vietnam. You know that this trip all the estimates and itinerary were made by my wife alone. I don't know where he wanted to go and took me, who is very unfamiliar with things like this. I don't even know where our hotel is to stay. Everything has been arranged by my wife. I can only hope that everything goes smoothly.

After our trip to Da Lat city. We returned to Ho Chi Minh City for a day to wait for our flight back to Medan city. This is a good trick, so as not to miss your flight. Because we had to take a bus to go home from Da Lat city, so we could spare time to pack things.

Arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, we immediately check in the hotel in Bui Vien. This is the center of Ho Chi Minh City. I feel close to any place, just by walking and it's very easy. I just remember that we were on short vacation in the middle of October, apparently all the places in Bui Vien were decorated with a Halloween theme. It was a little scary, especially as it turned out that the hotel where we were staying was on the walking street of Ho Chi Minh City.

Bui Vien Walking Street. This place is a nightlife in Ho Chi Minh City. I see many clubs or pubs open here. The really bright lights make the scene very real. I took the perfect photo for a night spot.

There are lots of restaurants open at night. All full of music, alcohol and women. Mixed with several restaurants that only provide typical Vietnamese food, but don't forget about alcohol too. There are lots of clubs along this road, even though it was still empty of visitors because it was still 08.00pm.

Tonight my wife and I were looking for dinner, because we were really hungry and wanted to buy pho at a famous restaurant near here. Many foreign tourists start walking along this place. I think this place is impossible to miss because it is full of nightlife. Like in Bangkok, but not as scary.

This is the first time I know of a place like this. Luckily I was walking with my wife, so I wasn't tempted by other women. We are still trying to find typical food here. Found a cart that seemed deserted. There was a middle-aged woman who sold food around, I was surprised by her cart containing food wrapped in plastic.

I approached the cart, asking my wife if it was something we could try. It turned out he was also curious about the cart. We asked using Google Translate, but it turned out the woman didn't understand. Finally, using body language, we bought a pack of the food he was selling.

So, he made a mango salad with rice paper, my wife said it was similar to mango salad in Thailand, but not with rice paper. The only difference is there is rice paper and a few other flavors. After trying it, the food looked similar to Chinese kwetiaw. Very oily with fish oil and also a dry squid taste.

After that we continued our journey again to the pho restaurant. Along the way, I took photos with my cellphone camera. Trying to be a pro with the Samsung Galaxy A54 night camera that I have. In fact, it is difficult to get the best photos but I do my best.

Ho Chi Minh City at night is very different, they are very lively at night. maybe because the city is too hot during the day. so all entertainment is centered at night, even at night near the Ho Chi Minh statue it is also very busy. Many attractions and entertainment for everyone. I like some of the night snacks in this city.
