Hello everyone
How are you today ? I hope and pray that all of us will always be given health and happiness in living this life. This time, I came back to Cinnamons Cup Coffee Community to share my stories and experiences about coffee with all my friends. Read on for my story this time.

As we all know, coffee is one of the world's most popular agricultural products. As an agricultural product, coffee has a favorable price to be planted and developed. Coffee is also one of the most widely drunk beverage products in the world besides tea, beer and milk.

What makes people like drinking coffee? lots of answers about that. First, coffee has many benefits, especially regarding the relationship between drinking coffee and work productivity. However, other than that I see that coffee as a beverage product is very unique. Coffee can be enjoyed with the original taste, bitter taste and dominance of thick coffee body. However, in this era we see lots of coffee menus with various variations. Even in coffee shops, we can find various menus of coffee combined with various ingredients, one of which combines coffee and Milo. Because of that, this time I want to share the recipe for making one of my favorite coffee signatures, Milo Espresso.

Ingredients
15 grams of coffee (I use Gayo Arabica)
1 sachet milo
30 ml of sweetened condensed milk
Enough hot water
Ice cubes to taste

Before I share the tutorial on how to make it, I want to first share and describe my Milo Espresso. Milo Espresso is a signature coffee made using one shot espresso, sweetened condensed milk and milo. These three ingredients will be mixed and then shaken thoroughly with ice cubes. Signature Coffee is a development of the milo coffee menu which is often found at local coffee shops in my city.

For making this Milo Espresso, I used one sachet of Milo from Milo Manufacturer Malaysia. Two days ago, I received a souvenir from my neighbor who had just returned from his vacation to Malaysia, he gave me lots of Milo Sashet. In Indonesia there is also Milo, but for some reason the taste of Indonesian Milo is very different from Milo Malaysia. For sure, Milo purchased from Malaysia or from a factory in Malaysia has a more chocolate taste than Milo from Indonesian manufacturers. OK, let's see how to make it.

First, I weighed 18 grams of coffee beans and then ground them with a coffee grinder with a fine size. To make good espresso, the coffee must be finely ground in order to create maximum extraction results. This time, I use Gayo Arabica for my espresso this time.

After that, we put the coffee powder that we ground earlier into the part of the Flair Espresso Maker. Don't forget to tamp the coffee grounds. Then, add hot water according to the measure.

Prepare a glass to hold the espresso that we will make. Then, add 30 ml of sweetened condensed milk in the glass. Then, press the handle of the Flair Espresso maker and the espresso extract will flow and drip into the glass.

Espresso and sweetened condensed milk that we prepared earlier, stir until smooth using a hand mixer. Usually, I try to make this coffee until the foam comes out.

After we prepare the espresso and sweetened condensed milk. We prepare milo powder earlier into another glass. Add a little hot water, and stir the milo until smooth and completely dissolved.

Add the espresso and sweetened condensed milk to the glass containing the Milo earlier. Then stir until blended and mixed perfectly.
