How are you today ? I hope and pray, we are all always given health and also happiness in living this life. I am also very happy, to be given the time and opportunity to participate in the Cinnamon Cup Coffee Community to share my stories and experiences about exploring coffee shops in my city. For the past two months, my wife and I have been very regular in doing sports such as running or walking. I have a desire to be able to walk at least 5 km every day. We do not have a definite time to carry out this price exercise. We both do it in the morning or in the afternoon. One thing is certain, we do sports in a public park near where we live.

There is a marked difference between the exercise in the public park in the morning and in the evening. In the morning, people who come to this park only focus on my sports activities. However, in the afternoon, visitors to this public park are not only city residents who want to exercise but also people who use these public facilities for various personal activities. Because of that, in the afternoon, we will find various street food or food vendors selling various foods and drinks here.

There is one tenant that caught my attention, since I started exercising in the afternoon at this public park. The tenant is a roadside coffee shop that looks very interesting to visit and also gets a lot of attention from every visitor who comes to this park.

Imagine Coffee Shop - The Coffee Shop on the Sidewalk

This roadside coffee shop is called Imagine Coffee Shop. This coffee shop is very unique with a street coffee concept. Imagine Coffee Shop uses a vespa motorbike modified on the back with a multi-functional wooden box. This wooden box can be set up to become a bar table which is practical for brewing and placing various display cases for coffee tools and products.

All coffee equipment uses a combination of manual brew tools and coffee grinder machines. We can see Flair Manual Espresso, V60 Drip, Latina N600 Grinder Coffee, Vietnam Drip and several coffee jars neatly lined up on this Vespa.

For menu selection at this street coffee, we can choose coffee and non-coffee menus. The coffee menu is very complete and varied, starting from basic coffee shop menus such as espresso, coffee latte, cappuccino, caramel macchiato, americano and manual V60 brewing. Apart from that, there is also a signature menu from this coffee shop such as lemon coffee, chocolate coffee and palm sugar milk coffee. All of our menus can be selected served cold or hot.

Ice Coffee Chocolate
I was in a very tired and exhausted condition that afternoon. I feel like choosing a sweeter coffee is appropriate for the situation at that time. I was interested in the barista's recommendation, namely Chocolate Es Coffee which is said to be one of the best sellers at this coffee shop.

One of the fun moments and experiences in a coffee shop is seeing the barista brewing coffee. Here, we can see directly because the barista brews it in front of us. I see the process and we have to patiently wait, everything is done manually and alone.

After waiting for a while, a cup of chocolate iced coffee was served to me. Ice chocolate coffee from Imagine Coffee Shop is interesting for us to discuss. One cup of this signature coffee consists of espresso, fresh milk and dalgona chocolate. Yup, you're not wrong to see dalgona chocolate.

In general, chocolate iced coffee is made using fresh milk mixed with cocoa powder and then adding espresso. Imagine Coffee makes something different, the chocolate that is used is made into dalgona and is used as a topping on the top of this coffee arrangement. You can see clear color gradations between coffee (black), fresh milk (white), and dalgona brown (brown).

To get the perfect taste of this signature coffee. We have to stir and mix all the ingredients evenly. I tried to stir this coffee and finally after stirring for a few minutes, this drink mixed everything up. The color also becomes more unified to look brown.

I can't wait to taste it. I was surprised and also happy, the taste of chocolate iced coffee from this coffee shop really matched my taste at that time. The sweet taste of chocolate and the bitter taste of coffee seem to form a complex and complementary taste. Moreover, I drink this coffee when I'm tired. The sweet taste of this coffee restores my stamina and enthusiasm after exercising.
