I hope and pray that all of us are always given health, happiness and also find it easy to work or run a business. It seems, I haven't participated in this community for a long time. This time, I want to share my culinary experience at one of the Japanese cuisine restaurants in my city.

Orizuru Japanese Cuisine

Orizuru is one of the new viral restaurants in my city. Orizuru is located at S. Parman Street no. 248A Medan City. This restaurant is located right at the intersection of four very strategic roads. Orizuru is also very easy to find because it is right in front of Cambridge Apartments. However, the location of the restaurant on the side of the road made Orizuru not have enough parking space, when I came to this restaurant. I have to park a bit far to get a parking slot.

Orizuru Restaurant uses one of the old buildings in my city, a shophouse building which also has a fairly large yard. Before entering the restaurant, we can see the decoration with Japanese style on the front. There are like red banners with kanji or hiragana. In front of the entrance, two bonsai pots welcome every customer who comes.

Orizuru has two parts, namely an indoor room and an outdoor room. The outdoor space of the Orizuru Restaurant is made from the remaining empty space in the courtyard. The outdoor room has a width of about 4 meters and is a favorite place for visitors who smoke. The indoor room is a favorite of many customers, we can see that visitors are very crowded and it is difficult to find an empty place.

Orizuru became popular in my city, because it became one of the ramen restaurants that got halal certification. Orizuru guarantees that all of its food does not use pork, alcohol, or other substances. The halal market is very much needed for Indonesian customers because the majority of the Indonesian population is Muslim and needs halal food.

Menu Options in Orizuru

Orizuru is a Japanese restaurant that has a very complete menu. Orizuru's signature menu is ramen and udon with a variety of very delicious sauces. In addition, various other Japanese cuisine menus are also available, such as sushi or okonomiyaki. One thing that is interesting about this restaurant, Orizuru also has a lot of Korean food menus and also Chinese food. So, we have many choices when it comes to this restaurant.

I ordered two menus at that time. I ordered the Korean Spicy Wing Package with spicy sauce and also Egg Rice and Chicken Teriyaki. Both of these foods are also available with drinks so I don't need to order drinks again.

Korean Chicken Wing with Spicy Sauce

The Korean Chicken Wing package is a food package consisting of crispy fried chicken wings and smothered in spicy sauce. This food package also includes cola and french fries with cream sauce. For french fries, it can also be replaced with rice. My order came about 10 minutes after I ordered, I appreciate that customers don't have to wait too long to get their food.

Processed chicken has always been a popular food that is very easy to cook. The chicken cut section has its own fans, some people like chicken breasts, some people like chicken thighs and some people like chicken wings. Chicken wings are most often processed and cooked into crispy chicken wings. I also really like this part of the chicken wings.

Chicken wings from Orizuru Ramen have a very delicious taste. The texture of the chicken wings is very crunchy but the meat is very soft. The meat also has a good taste and has its own taste. The spicy sauce also makes these chicken wings even more complex in taste. The taste becomes more savory, salty and also spicy. French fries also complete this meal package, we can also enjoy delicious food and our stomach is full.
