In recent years, the culinary and coffee shop industry has developed very rapidly and is increasingly innovative in my city. The number of coffee shops every day makes it easier for consumers to choose the coffee shop they want to visit. However, coffee as a food product is unique and complex. People not only drink coffee to relieve thirst but also want to feel the taste and experience of drinking coffee. This time, I want to share my experience when I visited one of the favorite coffee shops in my city, namely Sada Coffee and Roastery.

Sada Coffee and Roastery is one of many people's favorite coffee shop in my city. The development of this coffee shop and the high interest of the people of my city have made Sada Coffee and Roastery already have three branches in Medan City. I came to one of the branches of Sada Coffee and Roastery at Sei Baharok Street no. 93 right in front of Bumi Asri Hotel.

Although located on a rather narrow street, this coffee shop has ample parking for cars and motorbikes. Sada Coffee also benefits because this coffee shop is the only business on Sei Baharok Street so that the parking area can be optimized. Consumers of Sada Coffee are dominated by students from various campuses around Setia Budi Street and also various offices and companies around the street.

Sada Coffee and Roastery is also famous as one of the coffee shops that are consistent with the taste and quality of the coffee they use. The arabica coffee beans used by Sada Coffee and Roastery come from their own coffee plantations in Takengon and Bener Meriah, Central Aceh. The cultural and educational elements about gayo coffee make this coffee shop very special for its visitors.

The design and interior of this coffee shop is very simple and not instagramable content. Sada Coffee and Roastery seems to only focus on the taste and experience of coffee that will be enjoyed by its visitors. This coffee shop uses a house building with a fairly wide yard and we can choose where we will sit. All locations in this coffee shop are smoking areas, coffee shop owners believe that coffee and tobacco are agricultural products that are intertwined and cannot be separated. So, when it comes to this coffee shop we also have to get used to cigarette smoke.

This coffee shop provides food and drinks. For food, there are instant noodles, french fries, bread etc. Coffee is the mainstay of this coffee shop. All visitors come to enjoy a cup of coffee. One of the favorite menus at this coffee shop is Sanger Arabica. I ordered that coffee menu when it came to this coffee shop.

Indonesia is the fourth largest coffee producing country in the world and the third largest robusta coffee producing country in the world. These Indonesian coffee beans come from various regions, such as Aceh, Lintong, Mandailing, Garut, Toraja, etc. This variety of coffee-producing regions makes Indonesia also rich in signature coffee and also has different ways of drinking coffee and brewing coffee in Indonesia. One of the most famous coffee menus in Indonesia is Sanger Coffee.

Sanger is a mixture of black coffee and sweetened condensed milk, it can be said that sanger coffee is Indonesian coffee milk. We can find Sanger at coffee shops in Aceh and it has become one of the customer's favorite menus there. The spread of aceh coffee shops in Indonesia has made Sanger coffee more famous and liked by many people. At first, Sanger coffee used robusta coffee and brewed it by pulling. However, changes and innovations from coffee shops make sanger coffee a more classy coffee drink.

Sada Coffee introduces Sanger Arabica, a coffee drink that uses Arabica coffee beans as its basic ingredient. This is different from traditional coffee shops which still use manual coffee filters. Sada Coffee tries to create innovation. Sanger Arabica from Sada Coffee is made with 2 shots of espresso with a balanced ratio of sweetened condensed milk, after which the two ingredients will be mixed using a steamer from an espresso machine.

The Ice Sanger Arabica that I ordered has a very special taste. The composition of milk and coffee is very balanced. We can still feel the fragrant aroma of the Arabica coffee used. Sada Coffee uses Arabica coffee beans from Gayo which are famous for their very distinctive and special taste and aroma. The coffee taste is still very strong and the sweetened condensed milk adds a sweet taste to this drink. The steam process with an espresso machine makes this coffee foam and the mixture becomes very even. There is a slightly sour sensation that comes from the Arabica beans but overall this is probably the best sanger coffee in my city.

The design and interior of this coffee shop is very simple and not instagramable... Sada Coffee and Roastery seems to only focus on the taste and experience of coffee...

The coffee itself is the most important part in my opinion. A nice interior is just a bonus.

I didn't know that. Interesting fact about the country.

I also agree about that, the essence of a coffee shop is the taste of the coffee. However, we live in the era of social media. Often times, we see some people go to one place because they feel it can be uploaded on social media.

Hi @isdarmady Haha! It's funny to read what you say about the decor. It looks pretty decent to me. and the coffee looks good, so I'd be quite happy.
Yes, I'm constantly amazed at all the different coffee outlets that pop up in Indonesia. There's definitely a booming coffee culture there:)))

Some people in Indonesia think that drinking coffee should be at a coffee shop. So, the development of coffee shops has become massive with various business models and forms of coffee shops.

I can assure you, the coffee from this coffee shop is very good.

Ok, somehow I kind of get the concept...I guess I used to be the same many years ago, and only had my cold frappes and iced coffee at shops.

Thanks for this :))

One of my favorite drinks is very cold and I really like it but not all very cold is good because it has to be a really good person to make it that tastes good.

Making cold drinks with ice cubes is more difficult than brewing with hot water. it takes precision and accuracy to estimate the ratio of coffee, milk and ice so that the drink remains delicious when drunk.
