Dimigo Pool Bar & Resto Medan

Some time ago, I went to one of the newest hangout places in my city, namely Dimigo Pool, Resto & Bar Medan or we'll just call it Dimigo Medan. This hangout place is located at Tapian Nauli Street no. 9 Medan Sunggal District – Medan City. Lokadi Dimigo Medan is also very strategic, because it is located in the Ringroad area which is a culinary and lifestyle center in Medan City.

Dimigo Medan has a very new F&B business concept, especially in Medan City. Dimigo Medan is a restaurant & café bar for social places that provides a culinary experience with an attractive design. The biggest attraction of Dimigo Medan is the pool café concept that they use and makes many Medan City residents who are curious and come here, not have to wait long. This cafe has also become viral on social media and citizens of Medan City.

When we come here, the tropical feel of a Balinese beach club is the impression we feel. The building from Dimigo Medan also uses the Sentorini style with white and blue dominance which is the trademark of this place. The trend of bali beach and sentorini vibes is becoming a trend for new coffee shops and cafes in the city where I live.

In addition, Dimigo Medan uses a fairly large area with many interesting spots for visitors to take selfies and exist on social media. The favorite part of the visitors to this place, of course, is the pool area with blue water and coconut trees which make this café even more beautiful to look at.

A Cup of Dimigo Ice Coffee

I came during the day, the weather was quite hot at that time. If it's a little shady, I think I'll choose to sit relaxed in the outdoor area while enjoying the view from this restaurant. However, since I'm the type of person who sweats easily when it's hot, I chose to find a seat in an indoor room with air conditioning.

As a hangout place with a restaurant concept, we can find lots of food and drink variants that we can order. Bali beach-style tropical menus dominate the menu available here. Initially, I wanted to order a lime mojito soda but when I was looking at the menu. At the bar counter, the barista was grinding the coffee and the sweet smell of this coffee caught my attention. I ordered the best selling coffee menu at this place to the waiter, and he recommended the signature coffee “Dimigo Ice Coffee”.

My coffee order came not too long, about 8-10 minutes. I quite salute the service from this place. The waiters are friendly, tenacious and adept at serving every customer who comes, even though many people who come only order one menu and then take pictures, they don't seem to belittle and serve wholeheartedly.

My coffee order, Dimigo Ice Coffee is served in a very aesthetic glass cup. A glass of cold coffee that makes me curious about the taste. On the Menu, there is no explanation of what Dimigo Ice Coffee is, and I'm curious to know the composition of this coffee. I tried to taste this ice coffee, and the taste is very refreshing, sweet and creamy.

From my observation, Dimigo Ice Coffee is made with a composition of steamed fresh milk, palm sugar, espresso and added vanilla ice cream. Therefore, this glass of ice coffee looks whiter in color than the usual ice coffee milk. I like the creamy texture of this coffee, and the strong espresso taste makes this signature coffee very enjoyable to drink on this hot day.

While drinking this cup of iced coffee milk, I observe the outside of this coffee shop. Even though the weather is very hot, people are still busy taking photos in all poses.
