Last Saturday night, my wife and I went out to enjoy Saturday night. Initially, we went to a café to enjoy live music from the afternoon. We imagine, will relax and eat at the cafe until nightfall. While we were enjoying the atmosphere at the café, my wife got a notification from the Instagram account she follows. My wife told me that Golden Lamian, one of our favorite noodle franchise restaurants, is having a buy two get one bowl free promo. Not having to think long, we decided to enjoy our Saturday night by eating all you can eat noodles.

The Golden Lamian Restaurant that I visited is located on Floor 3A Delica Food Court Deli Park Plaza Medan. I often come to this Mall or Plaza, apart from the complete facilities. I like the food court of Deli Park Plaza Medan, which provides a variety of delicious and cheap food and drink outlets. I came at seven in the evening, and the situation was quite crowded, I queued for food and my wife went to find an empty seat.

After I arrived, it turned out that the buy two bowls of noodles get one free bowl of noodles promo only applies to this new menu from Golden Lamian. So, I don't have a problem. I ordered two different noodle menus and added one bowl of noodles for free. Golden Lamian is one of the food vendors which is a favorite of visitors from the Delica Food Court. Because at the restaurant there are a lot of orders and orders. Our noodles took about 30-35 minutes for me to grab and eat.

Xtra Spicy Beef Lamian Soup

Okay, this is the first menu that I will try. Xtra Spicy Beef Lamian Soup is a new menu from Golden Lamian. According to the information in the menu book, this menu has a spicy and savory taste from the sauce and beef used. I tried to taste the broth first, the spicy taste is still a normal category for me, maybe not too spicy.

Apart from the spicy taste which in my opinion is still lacking, overall the taste of this Xtra Spicy Beef Lamian Soup has a delicious and complex taste. The taste of the beef also blends well with the Chinese noodle used. I like it, especially the boiled eggs are also very delicious for me. The portion of this food is also quite a lot, so I doubt whether I can finish all of this menu.

Lamian Spicy Cheese Soup

Next, for the second menu, namely Lamian Spicy Cheese Soup. This menu was ordered by my wife, she was curious about the combination of flavors from cheese, chicken broth. I had a chance to try a little of this dish, for the taste the sauce is very delicious and very creamy. I've never tasted gravy like this. The taste is very unique, like a combination of western flavors and Asian flavors.

I feel, the taste of this menu really suits my wife. He loves the unique and authentic taste of each dish. Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to taste the ham topping from this menu.

Lamian Extra Spicy Chicken
Finally, after tasting and enjoying two bowls of noodles with soup. I will review one dry noodle dish that I ordered this time. Lamian Extra Spicy Chicken, is a Chinese noodle dish that doesn't use gravy but uses a variety of delicious spices mixed with this noodle.

One bowl of Lamian Extra Spicy Chicken init is also equipped with various toppings such as grass paste, pieces of chicken meat, chopped green onions, and vegetables. I tried to lift the noodles with chopsticks. The color of the noodles which was originally yellow has changed to a little reddish. I had time to think, the taste of this dish seems to be very spicy for my tongue.

After I tasted it, I felt Lamian Extra Spicy Chicken is a noodle dish that suits my taste. The spicy taste is just right for me, besides that the savory taste makes me even more excited to eat it. I also added a little chili oil to make this dish even spicier and tastier.
