Financial intelligence and courage allows the rich to invent money in any situation

The first time I heard someone say you don't need money to make money I was stunned because I considered the person crazy. I wondered how on earth one did not need money to make money. Seeing that even if you wanted to start a business, you needed capital, and a huge one at that.

But as I grew up, and began to understand finance and the world of business, I realized there was some element of truth in those words. Especially now that the internet that reinvented how money can be made.

Today, one doesn't necessarily need to have money to make money. As long as you have a smartphone and access to the internet you can do one or two things that lead to earning money. People could stay in different locations and make money using the available resources provided by the Internet.

A lot of my friends who sell gadgets and thrift clothing for instance do not have direct access to these products. All they have to do is connect with someone who does, reach a sale agreement (a commission-based agreement), and get out there and shine. Once an agreement is made between someone who has the product and one who doesn't but is willing to market and get a commission, the journey to making money has just begun.

The marketer only has to promote the product using whatever means he is good at, once he gets a party interested, he links them up with the seller, the deal is closed and he makes his money. Some people made use of the many contacts they have on their phones and utilize Facebook or WhatsApp to make this happen.

Today, the internet has made it quite easy to make money. Once you find someone who needs a product, you get out there and search for someone who owns the product and is willing to sell, bring them together, and get your commission... Money has just been made without adding anything other than your network and your ability to sell.

Recently, my friend equally talked about a man who was desperately in need of money and had to put up his house for sale. Once my friend got wind of it, he started spreading the news amongst his friends. One of them had someone who also wanted to buy a house, they ended up linking the two individuals together, the deal was closed, and they got their money.

The idea that sometimes you do not need money to make money having been amplified by the rise of the internet goes to prove that once you have graced yourself with financial intelligence and the courage to see gaps in the market, you will surely be on your way to inventing ways money can be generated.

Financial intelligence allows you to spot those gaps, and courage allows you to move into them rapidly without hesitation. Right before someone else sees the same gap, you must have done something about it and won.

If I remember correctly, Robert Kiyosaki had explained doing the match-making thing with his real estate business. He did say he would first find someone who wants to buy, say, a plot of land for a certain amount. Then he goes on to look for someone who has the land and is willing to sell. In one of those instances he made more than just a few commissions, he had extra icing on the cake.

This was because once he found a seller, the human wanted to sell more plots but at the same amount as party A was willing to pay. So, Robert got the money and bought the entire plot then allocated the said plot to the buyer. He walked away with an extra plot and his money did not even get into that deal.

Financial intelligence is what we need to be able to gain our breakthroughs. It's the ingredients needed to invent money in any kind of situation that you find yourself. So do yourself a favor and gain some of that and you will gain what the rich have ..... The ability to build wealth.
