I'm I late to the party? Better late than never

I know I am late to the party, but that's okay, the party isn't completely over yet. For me, though. I needed to leave this post on the sands of time. This isn't just about being able to do a #Lpud post. It's an appreciation post.

I had thought it will take me the whole year to be able to have up to 1000 Leo Power. It came earlier than I expected and it had been a result of the massive support I received from the community. For this, I am grateful.

I was happy when I got the needed 150 liquid Leo that made me eligible for the #Lpud. But then as the days went by, I saw my payout got bigger and bigger, before I knew it, I was sitting on a total of 1k LEO. That was an amazing revelation, and I started counting the day to #Lpud so I can proudly power up my earnings and share my appreciation post.

Would you all forgive me that I didn't drop this post on the said day? I had offline issues that took delayed this publication. But it's better late than never.

So, I am saying thank you to the Leofinance community for their support, and for helping me to break away from my doubts. Yeah. I had doubts about being a part of this community, and I just realized it was just my thinking. And that we all can do anything we want if we put our minds to it, the only thing stopping us is our endless excuses and doubts.

I will also like to thank taskmaster for his endless support, most especially for introducing the #leoglossary. That move of his had been a motivating factor. It made me bring my A-game because I didn't want to link the glossary to just about any post. I had to make sure it was worth reading and that it added value.

Sincerely, the part I enjoy most about my post editing is adding the links. I am often excited when my post can accommodate a lot of words from the glossary. And even more, excited when I link back to words I haven't in the past. Most times, when I think I wouldn't find a certain word, the glossary proves me wrong, which goes to prove that taskmaster and the rest of the folks helping with the glossary are doing an awesome job.

It might take time but the vision for the glossary will definitely take root. And the results will be mind-blowing. I believe it.

Right now, I wouldn't dare say I am perfect. Far from it. I am still learning but I love the fact that Hive and the Leofinance community makes it possible for anyone to learn as they go and grow as much as they can.

The biggest success story anyone will have here in this space is by getting involved. Nothing short of that. Take part in activities going on here, don't stay on the sidelines. There are lots of opportunities here, take your strength/talents; use the opportunity that aligns and help grow our Hive and the Leofinance community.

Whatever it is you bring to the table will be accepted as long as it adds value..... If you can't think of new things, that's okay, use the already existing ideas on the table, support any of them, be a part of stuff around here and you'll find that your journey will become quite addictive and at the same time rewarding.
