Hola amigos de Hive hoy les traigo una nueva reseña sobre un videojuego para Android llamado Racing in Car 2. Se trata de un sencillo juego, de vehículos que puede brindarte un rato de entretenimiento.

Hello friends of Hive today I bring you a new review about a video game for Android called Racing in Car 2. It is a simple game, of vehicles that can give you a while of entertainment.

Gameplay y Controles / Gameplay and controls

En este juego controlamos un vehículo en una autopista, delante de nosotros encontraremos tráfico, el cual tendremos que evadir, con cada vehículo que evadimos acumularemos puntos o monedas, que nos servirán para desbloquear otros vehículos o más pistas. Tendremos unos 8 vehículos para desbloquear y 4 pistas disponibles, 2 de ellas desbloqueables. Las dinámicas del juego no van mucho más allá de evadir otros vehículos, solamente dispondremos de acelerador, freno y claxon, es todo. Los controles son muy simples, tendremos que rotar el teléfono hacia la dirección que queremos ir, y apretar la pantalla en donde está icono del acelerador, del freno o del claxon. Los controles son cómodos, los movimientos pueden ser un poco bruscos, pero es controlable, un punto en contra es que el control del volante parece estar descalibrado, pues debe mantenerse con cierta inclinación para ir en línea recta.

In this game we control a vehicle on a highway, in front of us we will find traffic, which we will have to evade, with each vehicle we evade we will accumulate points or coins, which will serve us to unlock other vehicles or more tracks. We will have about 8 vehicles to unlock and 4 tracks available, 2 of them unlockable. The dynamics of the game do not go much beyond evading other vehicles, we will only have accelerator, brake and horn, that's all. The controls are very simple, we will have to rotate the phone towards the direction we want to go, and press the screen where the accelerator, brake or horn icon is. The controls are comfortable, the movements can be a little jerky, but it is controllable, a point against is that the steering wheel control seems to be unbalanced, as it must be kept with a certain inclination to go in a straight line.

Gráficos / Graphics

Los gráficos son bastante decentes, podría comprarlos con los del PlayStation 2 o los juegos de PC de la época. La cabina del vehículo está bien diseñada, los demás vehículos tiene suficientes detalles, como luces de cruce y más. La pista ofrece un rango de visión bastante amplio, y todo el entorno se ve bien trabajado.

The graphics are pretty decent, I could buy them with those of the PlayStation 2 or PC games of the time. The cockpit of the vehicle is well designed, the other vehicles have enough details, such as low beam lights and more. The track offers a fairly wide range of vision, and the whole environment looks well crafted.

Música y sonidos / Music and Sound

En cuanto a la música, solo la escucharemos en el menú del juego y está en sintonía con la temática del juego. En la pista oiremos nada más el sonido del motor, la ruptura del viento al sobrepasar otros vehículos, el claxon, y los choques ya sean fuertes o suaves. Es bastante minimalista en este sentido, pero está bien.

As for the music, we will only hear it in the game menu and it is in tune with the theme of the game. On the track we will hear nothing but the sound of the engine, the wind breaking as we overtake other vehicles, the horn, and the crashes whether they are loud or soft. It's pretty minimalistic in this regard, but that's okay.

Conclusión / Conclusion

Este juego está bien hecho, pero le faltan cosas para ser un juego que valga la pena instalar, puede brindarnos unos minutos de entretenimiento, de eso no hay duda, pero pronto nos aburriremos. El juego tiene algunas cosas buenas, como la sensación de velocidad que experimentamos y lo sencillo de los controles. Por otro lado, tiene varios puntos negativos, como el volante descalibrado, la alta cantidad de puntos para desbloquear vehículos o pistas y la lentitud con la que se ganan los puntos. No tenemos nada que le dé un atractivo especial, como turbos, o algo que nos permita disfrutar más el recorrido. Me parece que sus desarrolladores deben hacer esfuerzos más grandes si quieren que la gente pague para desbloquear todo lo que ofrece.

This game is well made, but it lacks things to be a game worth installing, it can give us a few minutes of entertainment, there is no doubt about that, but soon we will get bored. The game has some good things, such as the feeling of speed that we experience and how simple the controls are. On the other hand, it has several negative points, such as the uncalibrated steering wheel, the high amount of points to unlock vehicles or tracks and the slowness with which points are earned. We don't have anything that gives it a special attraction, like turbos, or something that allows us to enjoy the ride more. It seems to me that its developers should make bigger efforts if they want people to pay to unlock everything it has to offer.
