The heat was absolutely intense, so I decided to head down to the beach to cool off and escape the stress a bit. 😓🌊 Those blackouts have been driving me crazy and making it impossible to work properly lately! 😫

Sat by the shore, let the waves wash my worries away, and had a loooong chat with my mom on WhatsApp. 🏖️📱💬 Nothing clears the mind better than talking to her! Best therapy ever. 🥰

On my way back up, I randomly ran into an old strong friend! 👊😃 We ended up walking even more together, catching up on everything we've missed. So great to reconnect! 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️🗣️

Sometimes you just need the sea, family, and good friends to recharge. ⚡❤️

El calor estaba insoportable, así que decidí bajar a la playa a refrescarme y desconectar un poco del estrés. 😓🌊 ¡Los apagones me tienen loco y no me han dejado trabajar nada bien estos días! 😫

Me senté en la orilla, dejé que las olas se llevaran las preocupaciones y estuviste hablando un buen rato con mi mamá por WhatsApp. 🏖️📱💬 ¡Nada como una charla con ella para despejar la mente! La mejor terapia. 🥰

Cuando estaba subiendo para la casa, me topé con un amigo de aquellos que hace rato no veía. 👊😃 Terminamos caminando un montón más, poniéndonos al día de todo. ¡Qué bueno fue reencontrarnos! 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️🗣️

A veces solo hace falta el mar, la familia y los buenos amigos para recargar las pilas. ⚡❤️
