Finally, I managed to make steamed Dim sum

It seems that this word is very true. Because I experienced it. I've made dim sum several times but always failed, and in the end, for the first time, I managed to make dim sum with a good shape and taste according to some people around me.

This afternoon, I stopped by the supermarket to buy kitchen needs. I didn't forget to buy the ingredients to make dim sum, because I wanted to try making dim sum again after not trying it for a long time. After shopping, I came home and immediately executed to make dim sum.

The ingredients I use to make dim sum are:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red chilli
  • Oyster sauce
  • Chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Immediately, to make the dim sum, the processing method is:

First, mince the chicken meat and blend it with the garlic and shallots. Then, grate the carrot. Next, put all the ingredients into the container together, and mix until all is evenly distributed. After that, shape the dough with dim sum skin according to taste. And lastly, steam the dim sum for about 20 minutes until cooked

Meanwhile, the processing of the sauce is:

Sauté the garlic and chilli, then add the water, then add the chilli sauce and oyster sauce, don't forget to add a little salt and sugar. And lastly, add the cornstarch solution, and stir until it boils.
