Greetings dear friends of this great community oriented to the topics of parenting, motherhood and fatherhood where every day we see great topics related to the aforementioned.

The night before last I saw my daughters asking for a special story, one that was not taken from the Internet or from a book, a story that was special for them, a story that mom would create to give them, they gave me the theme and I set out to create it, I wrote it and last night I read it to them and their excited faces showed me that they liked it because they also interacted asking or answering what I asked them.

At the end of the story my oldest daughter told me "Mom, in the end you should never give up because if you want something hard and wait quietly someday it will come" and that was the message I wanted to give them.

We must never give up on fulfilling our dreams because we never know what good person we will meet along the way who can give us that hand that we need so much.

I share this children's fable with you in the hope that your little daughters and sons will also like it.

The story of Bee Bee the little bee that couldn't fly.

20230310_204404_0000.png

Image created in canva.

Bee Bee was the smallest bee in the hive, with a tender appearance, chubby and with a particular yellow tone, sometimes if you saw her well you could imagine that you were looking at the sun itself, but Bee Bee Bee does not let your eyes dazzle.

Bee Bee besides having a beautiful tone had another particularity, the little bee was born without wings and unlike her sisters and brothers she could only walk and was forbidden to leave the hive.

Every day she saw how her older sisters flew out of the big door and after long hours they would arrive laughing at the anecdotes they had experienced or excited about the landscapes they had visited.

The poor little Bee Bee would hide so that no one would see her crying, for her it was very annoying not to be able to fly and she did not understand why her wings were not born.

One afternoon when the hive was left alone, Bee Bee looked out the big door and in the blink of an eye a strange blizzard appeared and threw her straight to the ground.

In the fall the leaves of the trees seemed to help her and made a sort of ladder down which the little bee was falling.

Bee Bee found herself in a strange place where nothing she knew was present and she could only see the top of the big tree where her home was.

She felt disconsolate and fearful of the dangers she would be exposed to, but her desire for adventure quickly calmed her down.

She walked through the leaves of the big tree when she saw a caterpillar stealthily hiding, "Don't be afraid," said the little bee, making the caterpillar appear complete.

-You can't fly either," asked the caterpillar.

-No," answered Bee Bee, shedding a tear.

The caterpillar laughed loudly, "Don't worry, you are not the only one, I can't fly either", the little bee was puzzled and wondered if caterpillars can fly.

-She called me Oly and believe it or not I will be a butterfly, so I can fly," said the caterpillar, puffing out her chest.

The little bee understood then and smiled in a friendly way, it had been only a few hours since Bee Bee had fallen from the hive, she felt hungry and missed her family but still none of her sisters came home to make signs that she had fallen.

She settled down next to Oly the caterpillar and before she knew it they had both fallen asleep feeling the gentle breeze.

The next day Oly had turned into a butterfly and fluttered around the little bee, Bee Bee felt sad and the Oly butterfly spread silk on the back of the little bee causing two beautiful wings to be born.

Bee Bee flew away with the precious gift that her friend the butterfly had given her, she understood then that waiting was worth it and that the friendship with a being she did not know had given her her most longed-for dream.

From that day on, Bee Bee and Oly met to fly wherever they wanted and if they saw a little bug in trouble, they would help it to spread a chain of friendship among every being in the meadow.

Your daughter's comment to you actually summarises the story you've shared with us, and not just that, it leaves us a great message which plays a great role in life also. Patience, hardwork and consistency is necessary for us to achieve our long term goal. We don’t need to give up even when things are hard and things seem unclear, if we are determined to be successful and goal oriented, we'll achieve what we aim for. Also, we'd love to see such beautiful stories like Bee Bee 🥰 or your wonderful #motherhood experience with your children shared on Leothreads: alpha.leofinance.io, I'm sure the Motherhood Leo Curators would be glad to have you engaging more with the #Motherhood tag.

I greatly appreciate your words and the invitation received, of course I will be sharing content with you to continue learning, nourishing my mind with new knowledge and above all to read the other members and enjoy every text they post.
We are never done learning and advancing and it is gratifying that our children at an early age begin to analyze what will be their future.

Yes, learning happens in phases and stages. There is no one who is above learning, and our children and younger ones can also give us insight to the future no matter how little they are. That's why it is necessary that we groom them to be resourceful and knowledgeable no matter their age. I look forward to reading your awesome threads. If you encounter any challenge logging on via Hive Keychain, I can always be a guide.
