Primer concurso:💙 Dinámica #1: "El Camino de aprender Juntos" (esp-eng)

​En el aula, todos los niños son iguales en derechos pero únicos en sus tiempos y capacidades. Algunos hablan más, otros son observadores, pero todos comparten algo: la necesidad de sentirse seguros antes de explorar. Para los pequeños con TEA, lo "nuevo" puede ser un reto, por eso este juego nace desde la previsibilidad y el acompañamiento.

Como he estado expresado anteriormente, siento que todos somos iguales, y al igual que en la biodiversidad donde las flores coexisten entre todas sin competir por quien tiene los colores más bellos o más dulces aromas, tanto la neurodiversidad como lo neurotipo somos flores, hierbas o arbustos, de un mismo ecosistema.

​🛠️ La Estructura: Un Tablero Gigante

​Para evitar el caos y la ansiedad, transformaremos la sala. Con lana de colores uniremos las sillas creando un "camino-tablero" físico. Cada parada tendrá un número grande para que los niños sepan exactamente dónde están y cuánto falta para la meta.

Una cosa importante, para este juego se usará un dado que crearemos en una caja de cartón cuadrada, forrada y coloreada de manera llamativa, cada cara con sus puntos respectivos, así los niños sabrán cuantos pasos ir dando para ir de una estación a otra.

​🚀 Las 3 Estaciones de aprender

​1. Estación 🚦 "El Semáforo de las Emociones"

​El desafío: Al inicio habrá peluches. El niño debe llevar uno y elegir una caja según cómo se siente o qué situación identifica:

​🔴 Rojo: "Estoy molesto".
​🟡 Amarillo: "Estoy calmado".
​🟢 Verde: "Algo me hace feliz".

​¿Qué trabajamos? La comunicación (verbal o gestual) y el autoconocimiento.

​2. Estación 🏴‍☠️ "Búsqueda del Tesoro Sensorial"

​El desafío: Una bandeja con arroz y lentejas oculta tesoros. Sin usar la vista, solo con el tacto, deben encontrar 3 objetos y ponerlos en su plato plástico.

​¿Qué trabajamos? El sistema táctil y la discriminación sensorial. ¡Es pura magia para sus manos!

​3. Estación 👣 "El Desafío del Equilibrista"

​El desafío: Una cinta llamativa con huellas en el suelo. Pero antes de cruzar, el niño elige su estilo de movimiento:

​🐢 Lento como tortuga.
​🐇 Rápido como conejo.
​🐸 Saltando como rana.

​¿Qué trabajamos? La propiocepción y el seguimiento de instrucciones simples.

​🎖️ El Momento de la Calma y el Logro. Al terminar, no hay "ganadores" únicos.

Todos reciben una medalla con el número 1, porque el éxito es haberse esforzado en completar el circuito.

💡 Consejo de Asistente para el éxito:

​El modelado es clave. Antes de empezar, la asistente o profesora realizará el circuito completo. Ver a un adulto disfrutar el juego reduce la ansiedad de ejecución y les muestra que el entorno es seguro.

​"Este juego es ideal para enseñar a los padres y replicarlo en casa. Es sencillo, divertido y nos recuerda que, con los apoyos adecuados, todos podemos llegar a la meta.”

Por otro lado, si lo vas a jugar en casa, y no tienes tanto espacio, ¡no te preocupes!, el tablero puede ser hecho en cartulina donde harás el camino coloreado con números, solo debes tener en cuenta contar con los círculos de colores 🔴🟡🟢 para el semáforo 🚦, también las cajas o canastos de ropa y los peluches.

Para el circuito 2, ten a mano una bandeja de arroz, que para hacerlo más llamativo puedes pintarlo con antelación con pintura vegetal y además el plato para depositar los tesoros.

Para la estación tres, sino tienes cinta de color llamativa, puedes usar una cinta de papel y coloreala antes de pegarla al piso, y no olvides preguntar de que manera cruzar la línea.

En casa podrás usar el premio que sepas es el que más le pueda gustar, tendrán un momento divertido, de aprendizaje y unión familiar.

Como consejo, si no quieren jugar todas las partes está bien, recordemos que no siempre los niños tienen ánimos y muchas veces al mirar la diversión desde afuera los hace querer participar a su justo tiempo.

PD: Este juego nació en el calor de mi hogar y gracias a la chispa de mis hijas. En esos días de invierno donde el frío 🌬️ y la lluvia ☔ nos obligaban a quedarnos dentro, la creatividad se convirtió en nuestro mejor juguete.

Aunque lo que hoy les presento es una versión evolucionada, la base fue nuestra propia diversión familiar. Mi mayor sueño es que esta idea 💡 algún día cruce el umbral de mi casa y "vea la luz" en una sala de clases o en el patio de cualquier hogar que necesite un puente hacia la inclusión.

In the classroom, all children have equal rights but are unique in their own pace and abilities. Some talk more, others are more observant, but they all share one thing: the need to feel safe before exploring. For young children with ASD, the ‘new’ can be a challenge, which is why this game is based on predictability and support.

As I have said before, I feel that we are all equal, and just as in biodiversity where flowers coexist without competing over who has the most beautiful colours or sweetest scents, both neurodiversity and neurotypicality are flowers, herbs or shrubs within the same ecosystem.

​🛠️ The Structure: A Giant Board

​To avoid chaos and anxiety, we will transform the room. Using coloured wool, we will link the chairs together to create a physical ‘path-board’. Each stop will have a large number so that the children know exactly where they are and how far they have to go to reach the finish line.

One important thing: for this game, we will use a dice that we will make from a square cardboard box, lined and painted in bright colours, with dots on each face, so the children will know how many steps to take to move from one station to another.

​🚀 The 3 Learning Stations

​1. Station 🚦 "The Emotions Traffic Light"

​The challenge: At the start, there will be soft toys. The child must take one and choose a box depending on how they feel or which situation they identify with:

​🔴 Red: "I’m annoyed".
​🟡 Yellow: "I’m calm".
​🟢 Green: "Something makes me happy".

​What are we working on? Communication (verbal or gestural) and self-awareness.

​2. Station 🏴‍☠️ "Sensory Treasure Hunt"

​The challenge: A tray filled with rice and lentils hides some treasures. Without using their eyes, relying only on touch, they must find 3 objects and place them on their plastic plate.

​What are we working on? The tactile system and sensory discrimination. It’s pure magic for their hands!

​3. Station 👣 "The Balancing Act Challenge"

​The challenge: A bright tape with footprints on the floor. But before crossing, the child chooses their style of movement:

​🐢 Slow as a tortoise.
​🐇 Fast as a rabbit.
​🐸 Hopping like a frog.

​What are we working on? Proprioception and following simple instructions.

​🎖️ The Moment of Calm and Achievement. At the end, there are no single ‘winners’.

Everyone receives a medal with the number 1 on it, because success lies in having tried hard to complete the circuit.

💡 Assistant’s tip for success:

​Modelling is key. Before starting, the assistant or teacher should complete the entire circuit. Seeing an adult enjoy the game reduces performance anxiety and shows the children that the environment is safe.

​“This game is ideal for parents to learn and replicate at home. It’s simple, fun and reminds us that, with the right support, we can all reach the finish line.”

On the other hand, if you’re going to play at home and don’t have much space, don’t worry! The board can be made from card, on which you’ll draw the coloured path with numbers. Just make sure you have the coloured circles 🔴🟡🟢 for the traffic lights 🚦, as well as the boxes or laundry baskets and the soft toys.

For circuit 2, have a tray of rice to hand; to make it more eye-catching, you can paint it beforehand with vegetable-based paint, as well as the plate for placing the treasures.

For station three, if you don’t have brightly coloured tape, you can use paper tape and colour it before sticking it to the floor, and don’t forget to ask how to cross the line.

At home, you can use whatever prize you think they’ll like best; you’ll have a fun, educational and bonding family moment.

As a tip, if they don’t want to play all the parts, that’s fine; remember that children aren’t always in the mood, and often watching the fun from the sidelines makes them want to join in when the time is right.

P.S.: This game was born in the warmth of my home, thanks to my daughters’ spark of imagination. On those winter days when the cold 🌬️ and rain ☔ forced us to stay indoors, creativity became our best toy.

Although what I’m presenting to you today is an evolved version, the foundation was our own family fun. My greatest dream is that this idea 💡 will one day cross the threshold of my home and ‘see the light’ in a classroom or in the garden of any home that needs a bridge to inclusion.
