Primera competencia de potencia y resistencia en la que participo, y la experiencia fue increíble. Logré romper mis marcas personales en cada levantamiento, algo que sin duda alguna no es mi fuerte. Sin embargo, defendimos muy bien la parte de la resistencia, algo que sí o sí teníamos que hacer.
First power and endurance competition I have participated in, and the experience was incredible. I managed to break my personal bests in every lift, which is definitely not my strong suit. However, we defended the endurance part very well, something we really had to do.
