Destroyed A Whole Enemy Fort ft Depleted Uranium. Far Cry 6.

Hello Everyone.

I've just started playing Far Cry 6 and got my biggest mission ever on the game. I know my last mission was pretty tough but it ended well with the help of Juan and Guapo by my side. After coming back to the camp, Juan gave me a mission to meet someone and go to a fort. They have some Depleted Uranium stored there and I needed to get it back.

  • After getting my mission, I was on my way there, and for the first time, I rode a horse. And the most important thing is, it was smooth as hell. I suspected there would be some sort of bugs at least. But there was none. And as the horse runs, you can also feel the graphics shaking according to your movement.

Shots taken on the road.

It was great to enjoy the view while rushing through the bushes and enjoy the view. I also had to kill some enemies on the way. Even fought an enemy dog.

They made the horse riding experience so realistic, that I was trying to get through a swamp, and just when the water got deeper, he jumped and threw me off his back. It's not like cars that you can drive any way you want. It reacts to danger just as any alive horse would.

I also bumped up on an enemy checkpoint on my way there. You can liberate those checkpoints by killing the soldiers and then burning the billboard. N.B. every checkpost has a huge billboard of Castilo. This time I killed two birds with one stone, by shooting some gas tanks I killed the enemy with the machine gun and the fire burned the billboard.

After that, I met an associate named Raiza near the radio tower. The image below of the radio tower is for you to see how beautiful the sky looks. Man, the developers did a really good job of making the graphics as realistic as real can be.

Then we got to a tower from where we could map out the fort and analyze our battle strategy. And down at the bottom, an enemy soldier was waiting for us. He was a mole and sold us information about the Urenium for money.

He was walking away with my money and he also charged me more than we negotiated. So I killed him. And it's fun to kill with a melee weapon.

The tower was in a great position to inspect the fort. I could use the phone that Lita gave me while dying to zoom in on those enemies and get all the information about them like what type of weapons they are carrying and their weaknesses. And as you can see I got a new sniper. This one has a scope but does less damage. So, it's kind of a no-good for me.

Man that place was crawling with enemies and as they were properly trained soldiers with all those tactical gears and bulletproof shields, they were damn hard to kill. I had my tough times in many games and most recently in Far Cry 5, Killing enemies was Far Cry 5 was kind of easy cause they were not as skilled as special force soldiers nither as well decorated as them. But these enemies in Far Cry 6 are on different levels. Mainly, I never expected such a tough mission at the beginning.

I tried snipers only first and soon realized there were too many of them to kill with single sniper shots and engaged in close battles.

But, close battle wasn't good for me too cause I was getting shot from all around and I had to take cover behind rocks and hide in the bushes to survive and heal myself.

I was shooting so much that the silencer on my sniper blew and I don't remember how many times my rifle was out of ammo completely and I was totally out of ammo on every single gun I had. Damn, it was a tough battle.

But, I was finally able to kill them all and get the Urenium I was looking for. Now, it's time to get back to Juan so that he can build that crazy weapon with it he was talking about.

Turns out he needed them to build a rocket launcher that you can carry on your back like a backpack. And he gave it to me. Hope I'll get to use it soon.

He also gifted me a crazy powerful flame thrower. I can't believe he can build all those amazing weapons just from scrap.

Man, the experience was amazing and felt realistic too. I hope you liked my post and the shots I've taken. I'll see you soon with a new post.

You should get better screenshots using a photo mode, I guess as I noticed someone doing it in Far Cry 5

I said that before in another post but I guess you didn't notice it so here we go again.

Great takes. Its nice to know the realism part with the horse riding. I guess Far Cry is well known for these realism parts that they work on and give greater attention.

It'd be great if you publish post within this community through ecency frontend which will help the community earning some ecency points and you'll earn some points as well.

We look forward to see more of your special gaming moments.

Hey, I completely forgot about Ecency, it's the habit of years I guess.

And about using photo mode, I record the gameplay first and then take SS from the gameplay. Using the photo mode while playing seems quite distracting for me. Especially during hard fights. But, I'll keep it in mind.

Understood. Np, I'm here to remind you 😀

I record the gameplay first and then take SS from the gameplay.

I guess you're following the hard way when you can follow the easy way like taking the screenshots when you play. I'd say, getting distracted for some perfect shots worth it especially when you're taking them to share in Gaming Photography.

And about the photo mode: I'm asking you to use it cause you know we're all about the special gaming photos and I believe the photo mode gives you better photos.

Well, Let me show you the issue with taking screenshots while playing:

This happens cause I use dual screen. Anyway, I'll try to take normal pictures using photo mode from now but the ones in battle will stay the same cause I stay engaged in the game seriously while fighting so that I can win and don't have to start over from the beginning.

This happens cause I use dual screen.

Ahh I see. That's a real problem for sure.

I'll try to take normal pictures using photo mode from now
Sounds great.

but the ones in battle will stay the same cause I stay engaged in the game seriously while fighting so that I can win and don't have to start over from the beginning.

I understand, well thought.

I played the first version of Far Cry long time ago, and it was a blast! This current version of Far Cry seems super fun tho! Great shots!

Thanks. The graphics and game experience increases but the stories were better on the old versions

I'm glad you were able to complete that difficult mission and then enjoy a horseback ride.

Me alegro que pudieses completar esa misión tan difícil y que después pudieras disfrutar de un paseo a caballo.

Dude, that last capture is great, it makes me laugh while he has the flamethrower in his hands haha. How good Far Cry 6 looks, especially in the open field, with the trees and sunlight. It's one of those games that I have on my list to play at some point, although I'll probably go for 5 first.

Have you played the earlier versions?
If not I'd suggest you play them cause they have a much amazing storyline. And I'd recommend you not to miss Far Cry 3. It's a must.

Yes i did play the previous ones, in fact 3 was the first in the series that I tried. The last one I played was 4, that's why I'll start with 5 if one day I'm up for it 😁.

That's great. I played all but skipped 4. The crack file I downloaded had some problems and Far Cry 6 was about to release by then so I started Far Cry 5 cause I needed to finish it and start 6.
