PROJECT NEWS
J'ai un point commun avec le hive en ce moment ... C'est mon moral, comme la valeur du hive, il plonge.
Alors je sais que ce n'est pas trop grave, qu'il suffit d'attendre des jours meilleurs, surtout qu'on a déjà vu le hive à la moitié ou presque du prix actuel. Et que donc on peut se dire :
Bah autant investir maintenant.
Du coup c'est ce que je vais essayer de faire, investir dans mon moral.
Comme la période est morte et mortelle en ce moment, je vais me prendre quelques jours de congés.
Plus de live à partir de demain, jusqu'à l'an prochain, c'est décidé. J'irai m'amuser, avec les enfants, avec les copains, mais en privé. Sans pressions et sans attentes.
Nous allons aussi bientôt être obligés (à contre cœur) de prendre des décisions sur certaines parties du programme. Puisqu'il est clair que peu (personne?) s'y intéressent.
Au final, on fait notre possible et on recentre nos efforts sur ce qui semble fonctionner le mieux, tenter de modifier ce qui ne fonctionne pas bien et; ma fois, parfois il faut admettre qu'il vaut mieux abandonner certaines choses qui semble ne pas vouloir fonctionner malgré les améliorations apportées.
Donc d'ici à notre retour en 2023, il y aura des choses qu'on aura changée et peut-être certaines qui disparaîtront. Rassurez-vous l'ECU est hors de danger, c'est de loin la partie du programme qui fonctionne le mieux, grâce aux délégateurs qui restent fidèles.
Encore merci à ceux qui nous ont soutenus cette année, et ne parlons même pas de ceux qui nous ont mis des bâtons dans les roues :-)

J'ai été très impressionné de voir que le collectif sous ta gestion avait déjà accumulé plus de 900 hive autonomes. C'est du long terme mais l'effet composé commence à se faire sentir.
Pour la peine, ça me motive et je vais augmenter un petit peu ma délég pour la porter à 620 hive.

Comment faire pour avoir un soutien mutuel alors?
Ce n'était pas très compliqué de juste mettre un auto vote ou même une délégation sur le projet.
Sinon, après on à l'impression que c'est toujours dans le même sens, non ?
Quand on se vote sur nos posts on partage les gains, donc vous avez même une incentive pour nous voter, idem pour les délégations.

Je sais comment fonctionne hivebuzz, d'ailleurs le vote = 0.000 la plupart du temps. Mais bon si on préfère "esquiver" évidemment ... Je parlais de réel soutien de projet à projet. Je remarque aussi la réponse en Anglais, sais pas trop pourquoi.
