Hi, Lifestyle community! I am just happy to update my bullet journal for April. For April's cover, it is inspired by a flowerfields I visited here in France. Meaning I don't need to go to the Netherlands to see the tulip and hyacinth fields right away. It was one hour and 30 minutes to go by car, thanks to my husband for granting my wish to see a flower field. Finally! Well, I do a future post on that.

First photo

As you can see, I created random designs for A, P, R, I, L and A, V, R, I, L.

I was using my normal black pen for this. Just doodling, so therapeutic and relaxing.

For Avril, I colored each letter using the Stabilo pens.

Second photo

On the left page, I sketched the flower fields using a pencil.

I used colored pens and Stabilo pens to color flower fields.

I was using gel pens to add some details for the yellow and purple flower fields.

On the right page, I sketched three hills and random flowers.

I am satisfied drawing the whole page inspired by the green scenery here in France.

Third photo

I added some blue skies using a Stabilo pen and left white spaces for the clouds.

Fourth photo - flower borders

Without using a pencil, I just directly drew the three purple tulips and the four hortensias in the vase on the left page.

On the right page, I drew lilac in the vase, bluebells, and cone flowers.

Fifth photo - April calendar

I decided not to use a stencil so I quickly drew wavy lines to create a calendar for April using black pens.

That's it. So simple. Nothing complicated.

My Portable Easel Storage Box

Yay! I am just so happy about this purchase as this is my ultimate wish to have. Many times I did a lot of research on which portable easel to get but it was really expensive. For this one, I bought this at Temu. For seven items I only paid 33 Euros but the original price was 146 Euros. Hahaha! I got a huge discount. The original price for this portable easel is 31 Euros.

I got this Canson Graduate sketchbook in an art shop here in France for 6 Euros. I got this red mini paint palette and water spray bottle also from Temu.

I stored my pens in this portable easel storage box. I really love it.

I am excited to do my plein air painting or just paint outside by the garden. :D
