So, We are here again on another Sunday, It's a day where we can do some creative tasks and share them with our Hive family.

For the past few days, my wife has been asking me to buy chicken nuggets from the market, but I was hesitant to buy them because they are very expensive when bought from the market. today I asked her, why not make them at home? they will cost us less and also we will make them on our own and there will be worries related to the quality of the chicken being used. I went to the market and bought 1.5 kg of boneless chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Kg Boneless chicken
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt ( As per taste )
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon white Pepprica Powder.
  • 4 Table Spoon Corn Flour.
  • 2 Table Spoon All Purpose Flour.
  • 1 TeaSpoon Mustard Paste.
  • 1/2 Ginger Powder
  • 1/2 TeaSpoon Garlic Powder.
  • 500 ML Oil ( For Deep Frying )

Cooking Procedure

First of all, we need to wash and clean the chicken properly. After washing, dry it with some clean cloth.

Take 1 Egg and add salt, black pepper and white pepper, mix it well.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and add it to the chopper. Add two tablespoons of corn flour to the chopper, we will also add the egg mixture we made earlier to the chopper.

turn on the chopper and chop the chicken properly,

Now we will prepare the coating mixture, to do that, we will need, Corn flour, all-purpose flour, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt & Mustard Paste. Add some water to it and mix them well to make a paste.

The mixture should be like this as shown in the picture. Make sure, it is not too thick or too thin.

Now we will take all Purpose flour for the first coating. there will be two coatings. 1 with the all-purpose flour and the 2nd is with the paste we made.

Shape up the chicken we chopped and keep it in the refrigerator, so that, the chicken gets a little hard and cold.

After coating the chicken nugget with All-purpose flour, now coat it with the mixture we made as shown in the image.

Dip it twice to make sure, it has the proper coating of the mixture.

now take the oil in the pan and heat the oil on the low flame, fry the nugget in the cooking oil. fry it for about 4-5 minutes.

here is the final look of the chicken nuggets.

you can add the extra coating layer of bread crumbs, which will add the extra taste, Must try them at home, they will cost you 40 % less than the market and also they are very tasty to eat. They taste like McDonald's nuggets.
