The Perfect Day
Hello hivers,howdy✋...a quick one,yeah
I've had this thought on my mind ever since I took this picture 👇.
This beautiful dress was made by a friend and ever since I got it I didn't want to put it on because I felt that it's too beautiful to be worn on any day so I was waiting for the perfect day to wear it,lol.
So...it remained inside my box for over a year and then I finally decided to wear it this year😂.
Here's what happened 🤭
It was Saturday evening,and I was thinking about what to wear the next day being Sunday and MOTHER'S DAY in my family church (ASSEMBLIES OF GOD CHURCH, NIGERIA). I opened my box and started searching,lo and behold, I found this dress but I still didn't want to wear it because it's not the 'perfect day' for it. After much contemplations within me and not finding any other dress suitable for that day ,I decided to wear it ,yay💃💃
Sunday morning,I put on the dress then I went outside and took pictures ( I enjoy taking pictures and making videos too) before going to church.
To cut my long story short... The mother's day celebration took place and it was AWESOME 💯💯💪💃,after that ,my family and I went out to Port Harcourt Mall(SPAR) to get some goodies!!
although it wasn't like the 'perfect day' I imagined it to be but to be honest,the events that took place that day made it to be a perfect day for the dress and I was glad that I wore that dress on that 'perfect day ' 😜😜
At the end of the day ,I realized that we often live by the 'perfect day' or ' one day ' philosophy 🤷
One day ,I'll start the business.
One day, I'll make the money and I'll be very happy.
One day,I'll write the book.
One day,I'll reach out to them.
One day,I'll wear the dress.
One day ,I'll do this.
One day, I'll do that.
One day might be forever,one day will remain one day untill we realized it's in the NOW and there's no need to wait.
Waiting for one day is a polite way of procastinating without even knowing it's procastination.
No perfect time but now
Just do it
Whatever thing you want to do to better yourself or make yourself happy,
JUST DO IT !!

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass.
