Así Quedó mi Pequeña Colección de Libros - SPA / ENG -
¡Hola, mis queridos amigos lectores! Espero se encuentren muy bien, ha pasado algo de tiempo desde mi última publicación por aquí sin embargo, hoy estoy por aquí para compartir con ustedes como ha quedado mi pequeña colección de libros luego de haber regalado bastantes, y haber dejado los que mas significan para mi.
Hello, my dear reading friends! I hope you are well, it has been a while since my last post here, however, today I'm here to share with you how my small collection of books has turned out after giving away quite a few, and having left the ones that mean the most to me.
Como recordarán mi colección literaria antes era muy amplia, sin embargo este año mi mamá y yo pensamos irnos a otro país y por lo tanto he decidido dejar mis libros en buenas manos, así que esta semana puse manos a la obra y regalé a mis amigos mi colección casi por completa dejando solamente algunos de mis libros favoritos los cuales le compartiré a continuación ya que como me gustan mucho pienso tenerlos casi hasta la fecha de mi viaje. Espero les gusten.
As you may remember, my literary collection used to be very wide, however this year my mother and I are thinking of going to another country and therefore I have decided to leave my books in good hands, so this week I got to work and gave them to my friends. My collection is almost complete, leaving only some of my favorite books which I will share with you below because I like them a lot I plan to have them almost until the date of my trip. I hope you like them.
Comenzaré con compartir mis libros de Jane Austen, los cuales quise conservar ya que Jane es de mis autoras favoritas y estos libros realmente me gustan y me gustaría leerlos una vez más antes de dárselos a mi mejor amiga antes de mi viaje. Los conseguí a finales del año pasado en una feria de libros de manera gratuita y realmente me puse muy feliz de haber podido conseguir estas hermosas ediciones las cuales pude disfrutar a montón. Aunque me da tristeza desprenderme de ellos cuando me vaya ya que no me los podré llevar y no quiero que se queden en casa llenándose de polvo me contenta que mi mejor amiga se los quede.
I will start by sharing my Jane Austen books, which I wanted to keep because Jane is one of my favorite authors and I really like these books and I would like to read them one more time before giving them to my best friend before my trip. I got them at the end of last year at a book fair for free and I was really very happy to have been able to get these beautiful editions which I was able to enjoy a lot. Although I'm sad to part with them when I leave because I won't be able to take them with me and I don't want them to stay at home collecting dust, I'm happy that my best friend keeps them.
Estos 6 que ven aquí también quise quedármelos porque son de mis historias favoritas y también me cuesta un poco desprenderme de ellas, aunque eventualmente terminaré haciéndolo jajaja. Varios de ellos tienen varios años conmigo y otros los adquirí hace poco, y realmente pasé un tiempo increíblemente agradable metida entre sus páginas. Es una lástima que tampoco pueda llevármelos, pero me reconforta que cuando me vaya quedarán en mano de una persona muy especial para mí que estoy segura que los amará tanto como yo.
I also wanted to keep these 6 that you see here because they are one of my favorite stories and it is also a little difficult for me to let go of them, although eventually I will end up doing so hahaha. Several of them have been with me for several years and others I acquired recently, and I really had an incredibly pleasant time immersed in their pages. It's a shame that I can't take them with me either, but it comforts me that when I leave they will be in the hands of a very special person for me who I'm sure will love them as much as I do.
My Alice Kellen collection has a great meaning for me despite having started reading her stories inspired by someone who is no longer in my life, and that I really enjoyed reading as they are stories that made me laugh, cry and get emotional like that. Although I gave away 2 more Alice books that I had like "The Map of Longings" and "Where Everything Shines" I wanted to keep these, which are my favorites by Alice, until I leave, I'm still undecided whether to take them with me or leave them since they are somewhat heavy overall, however, if I ever leave them, I will also leave them in the hands of someone special.
Mi colección de Alice Kellen tiene un gran significado para mí a pesar de haber empezado a leer sus historias inspirada en alguien que ya no está en mi vida, y que realmente disfruté bastante leer ya que son historias que me hicieron reír, llorar y emocionarme así que aunque regalé 2 libros mas de Alice que tenía como "El Mapa de los Anhelos" y "Dónde Todo Brilla" quise quedarme con estos que son mis favoritos de Alice hasta que me vaya, todavía estoy indecisa si llevarlos conmigo o dejarlos ya que son algo pesados en conjunto sin embargo, si los llego a dejar, se los dejaré también en manos de alguien especial.
Y por último, mi libro de Darlis Stefany el cual me encanta y significa mucho para mi ya que tuve la oportunidad de asistir a su lanzamiento el año pasado y no solo logré que la autora me lo autografiara, también me fotografié con ella y fue una experiencia realmente increíble. Este es el único que estoy pensando en llevar conmigo, o en caso tal mandarlo por encomienda a Estados Unidos antes de irme. Darlis es una de mis escritoras wattpad favoritas y espero poder comprar sus demás libros estando en mi nuevo hogar en Estados Unidos, y también tenía en mi colección otros libros de autoras wattpad como Ariana Godoy, Flor M Salvador, Joana Marcús y Alex Mírez sin embargo, estos si los regalé hace poco y aunque me dolió bastante desprenderme de ellos, estoy muy feliz de que la persona que los tiene actualmente los esté disfrutando tanto como yo, así que valió la pena totalmente el sacrificio.
And finally, my book by Darlis Stefany which I love and means a lot to me because I had the opportunity to attend its launch last year and not only did I get the author to autograph it for me, I also took a photo with her and it was an experience truly amazing. This is the only one I'm thinking of taking with me, or in that case sending it by parcel to the United States before I leave. Darlis is one of my favorite wattpad writers and I hope to be able to buy her other books while in my new home in the United States, and I also had other books by wattpad authors such as Ariana Godoy, Flor M Salvador, Joana Marcús and Alex Mírez in my collection, however , I gave these away recently and although it hurt me a lot to part with them, I am very happy that the person who currently has them is enjoying them as much as I do, so it was totally worth the sacrifice.
Aunque fue una decisión un poco difícil ya que todos mis libros tenían un significado especial y mi colección era muy importante para mi, estoy feliz de haberlo hecho con tiempo ya que se que puedo irme tranquila porque se que los he dejado en buenas manos y también se que podré comprármelos de nuevo estando allá. Mientras llega la fecha de mi viaje estoy contenta de poder disfrutar de mis favoritos un poco más y estoy muy feliz de haberlos podido compartir con ustedes, espero que les haya gustado.
Although it was a somewhat difficult decision since all my books had a special meaning and my collection was very important to me, I'm happy to have done it in time because I know that I can leave calmly because I know that I have left them in good hands and also I know I will be able to buy them again being there. While the date of my trip arrives, I'm happy to be able to enjoy my favorites a little more and I'm very happy to have been able to share them with you, I hope you liked them.
