¡Hola mis queridos amigos lectores! Espero estén muy bien, les cuento que hoy estoy por aquí porque estoy muy feliz y quiero compartir con ustedes mis nuevos libros de una de mis autoras favoritas Jane Austen, los cuales tuve la oportunidad de conseguir el día de hoy literalmente de manera gratuita y de verdad estoy brincando de emoción, porque son ediciones que siempre había querido tener y me complace mucho compartirlos con ustedes, espero sean de su agrado.
Hello my dear reader friends! I hope you are well, I tell you that I'm here today because I'm very happy and I want to share with you my new books by one of my favorite authors Jane Austen, which I had the opportunity to get literally today for free and I'm really jumping with excitement, because they are editions that I have always wanted to have and I am very pleased to share them with you, I hope you like them.
Sentido y Sensibilidad / Sense & Sensibility
Es una de las novelas que más me gustan de Jane y siempre la había querido tener en físico luego de leerla en la biblioteca nacional y esta edición que encontré es espectacular ya que es con tapa dura y con la imagen de la película en la portada. Les cuento que tuve bastante suerte al encontrarlo, porque nadie se lo había llevado todavía y apenas lo ví en el aparador lo tomé sin pensarlo dos veces, y también me siento afortunada porque siempre había querido tener esta edición pero es un poco costosa y no había podido comprarla por lo que me emocioné un montón al conseguirlo gratis así que no puedo esperar por empezar a leerlo, lo que más me gusta de esta edición además de que es de gran tamaño, además de tener la portada impresa en el dust cover, también la tiene en la tapa del libro como verán a continuación.
It's one of the novels that I like the most by Jane and I had always wanted to have it in physical form after reading it in the national library and this edition that I found is spectacular because it's a hardcover and with the image of the film on the cover. I tell you that I was quite lucky to find it, because no one had taken it yet and as soon as I saw it on the sideboard I grabbed it without thinking twice, and I also feel lucky because I had always wanted to have this edition but it is a bit expensive and there was no I was able to buy it so I was very excited to get it for free so I can't wait to start reading it, what I like most about this edition besides the fact that it is large in size, in addition to having the cover printed on the dust cover, too it's on the cover of the book as you will see bellow.
Orgullo y Prejuicio / Pride & Prejudice
Esta es mi novela favorita de Jane y también una de las historias más bonitas que he tenido la oportunidad de leer. Esta edición aunque está un poco deteriorada igual me encantó haberla encontrado ya que es diferente a la versión que tengo desde hace años, y también tiene la imagen de la pelicula en portada por lo que me fue imposible dejar pasar este libro, y mas si es gratuito.
This is my favorite Jane novel and also one of the most beautiful stories I have had the opportunity to read. Although this edition is a little damaged, I still loved having found it because it's different from the version I have had for years, and it also has the image of the movie on the cover, so it was impossible for me to pass up this book, and even more so if it's free.
Mansfield Park
Esta novela no la he leído todavía así que tengo curiosidad de leerla y saber de que trata, obviamente no me resistí a tomarlo porque las historias de Jane Austen siempre me terminan gustando y realmente me llamó la atención esta edición de bolsillo y estoy feliz de haber podido conseguirlo gratis ya que al igual que los demás este es difícil de conseguir a un precio accesible, así que al igual que los otros dos lo considero un tesoro, y una gran adición para mi colección.
I haven't read this novel yet so I'm curious to read it and know what it's about, obviously I couldn't resist picking it up because I always end up liking Jane Austen's stories and this paperback edition really caught my attention and I'm happy to have I was able to get it for free because like the others this one is difficult to get at an affordable price, so like the other two I consider it a treasure, and a great addition to my collection.
Realmente estoy feliz con estos tesoros que encontré el dia de hoy, gracias a que se me ocurrió visitar una feria de lectura, en el que te regalan 2 libros de tu elección a manera de adopción, y realmente me parece una gran iniciativa porque no solamente promueven la lectura, también nos brindan la oportunidad de conocer increíbles historias y yo particularmente estoy muy agradecida porque tuve la oportunidad de conseguir historias de una de mis autoras favoritas que voy a atesorar por siempre, y ha sido un verdadero placer compartir mis nuevos tesoros con ustedes. Les cuento que mañana volverán a estar regalando más libros así que estoy ansiosa por ver que consigo mañana.
I'm really happy with these treasures that I found today, thanks to the fact that it occurred to me to visit a reading fair, in which they give you 2 books of your choice as an adoption, and I really think it's a great initiative because not only they promote reading, they also give us the opportunity to learn incredible stories and I'm particularly grateful because I had the opportunity to get stories from one of my favorite authors that I will treasure forever, and it has been a true pleasure to share my new treasures with you. I tell them that tomorrow they will be giving away more books again so I'm excited to see what I get tomorrow.
