De visita en la Filven 2022 (Feria Internacional de Libros Venezuela 2022) -SPA / ENG-
Hola, hola queridos amigos lectores! Espero estén muy bien, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia visitando la Filven 2022, la cual estará abierta hasta este domingo y tuve la oportunidad de visitar hoy ya que está cerca de mi casa. Espero les guste.
Hello, hello dear reader friends! I hope you are very well, today I want to share with you my experience visiting Filven 2022, which will be open until this Sunday and I had the opportunity to visit today since it is close to my house. I hope you like it.
Les confieso que desde que entré no podía parar de ver la gran variedad de libros que habían en los puestos, en especial los libros de las autoras wattpad como Alex Mirez, Ariana Godoy, Joana Marcús entre otras, así como una gran cantidad de libros como los que verán a continuación. También me volví loca con libros somo Ana de las tejas verdes, Heartstopper, y otros de Stephen King e Isabel Allende, y sí, salí frustrada porque no llevé dinero.
I confess that since I entered I could not stop seeing the great variety of books that were in the stalls, especially books by wattpad authors such as Alex Mirez, Ariana Godoy, Joana Marcús among others, as well as a large number of books such as which you will see below. I also went crazy with books like Ana with Green Gables, Heartstopper, and others by Stephen King and Isabel Allende, and yes, I left frustrated because I didn't bring any money.
Luego me detuve en un puesto en particular que tenía libros hermosos de Harry Potter, así como ediciones tapa dura de otros como Quidditch a través de los tiempos y Animales fantásticos y dónde encontrarlos también de JK Rowling, de verdad que hubiese querido llevarme alguno pero, como costaban más de 30 dólares realmente no pude. También me llamó la atención un libro escrito por John Boyne llamado "El libro a la cima de la montaña" el cual espero ir a comprarlo antes de que acabe la feria ya que me gustan mucho los libros de este autor y el precio es accesible.
Then I stopped at a particular stall that had beautiful Harry Potter books as well as hardcover editions of others like Quidditch Through the Ages and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Too by JK Rowling, I really would have wanted to take some but, since they were over 30 dollars I really couldn't. I was also interested in a book written by John Boyne called "The book at the top of the mountain" which I hope to buy before the end of the fair because I really like books by this author and the price is accessible.
Luego, en el stand de al lado conseguí 2 libros de mi ilustrador francés favorito Benjamín Lacombe llamados "Leyendas y fantasmas de Japón" y "Cuentos silenciosos" los cuales son realmente hermosos y los vendedores fueron realmente amables y me dejaron tomarles fotos, así que se las compartiré a continuación.
Then at the booth next to me I got 2 books by my favorite French illustrator Benjamin Lacombe called "Legends and Ghosts of Japan" and "Silent Tales" which are really beautiful and the vendors were really nice and let me take pictures of them so I I will share them below.
Adentro, hay stands con editoriales de varios paises y libros bastantes interesantes, me llamaron mucho la atención stands con libros de Argentina, México y España aunque también habían stands con editoritales de Bélgica, Perú, Honduras y Gambia. También pude visualizar un stand en dónde estaba la Embajada de Egipto en el que tenían muchas cosas alusivas al pais, y también había una pequeña exposición de la Universidad Experimental Simón Rodríguez entre otros, los cuales les mostraré a continuación.
Inside, there are stands with publishers from various countries and quite interesting books, stands with books from Argentina, Mexico and Spain caught my attention, although there were also stands with publishers from Belgium, Peru, Honduras and The Gambia. I was also able to see a stand where the Egyptian Embassy was, where they had many things alluding to the country, and there was also a small exhibition of the Simón Rodríguez Experimental University, among others, which I will show you below.
Antes de irme, me llamó la atención una entrevista que les estaban haciendo a una autora, que no se de quien se trababa pero un camarógrafo me dijo que venía de África, por lo que me quedé un rato oyendo la entrevista.
Before I left, an interview they were doing with an author caught my attention, I don't know who she was talking about but a cameraman told me she came from Africa, so I stayed for a while listening to the interview.
Bueno y finalmente llegó el momento de regresar a casa, aunque hoy no pude comprar nada porque no llevé dinero espero volver por un par de libros accesibles. Me encanta que estos eventos se celebren cerca de mi casa porque así me es fácil asistir.
Well, finally it was time to return home, although today I couldn't buy anything because I didn't have any money, I hope to return for a couple of affordable books. I love that these events are held close to my house because that way it's easy for me to attend.

we've all been there.
Such a great event you guys have. We do have something similar, like this. A book/trade fair. I need to go to one of those soon. The collections are so rich. This is like every bibliophile's dream. The harry potter section looks like it has all the series.

Hola, @iuliapetit2711. Entiendo tu frustración, me pasó igual cuando la feria estuvo en el Museo de Arte de Valencia. Recuerdo que encontré It, de Stephen King a buen precio y en excelente estado y no pude comprarlo por lo mismo que comentas. Definitivamente estos eventos son geniales. En el que hicieron aquí en Valencia tuve oportunidad de escuchar a María Alejandra Rondón, poeta venezolana, hablar sobre su último poemario. Fue una gran experiencia. Es increíble la cantidad de stands de otros países que tuviste oportunidad de ver. Espero puedas regresar pronto por esos libros que querías comprar. Saludos.
Quedé enamorada con todos los libros que mostraste y las esculturas egipcias, ojalá se trajeran estos eventos culturales también al interior del país.
