Hello my dear friends! It's a pleasure to be here today and meet this amazing community, so for my first post I'd like to share with you my happy place, a place I've been going to since I was practically a baby, my beloved farm! I hope you like it!
¡Hola mis queridos amigos! Es un placer estar hoy por aquí y conocer a esta increible comunidad, así que para mi primer post me gustaría compartir con ustedes mi lugar feliz, un lugar al que voy desde que prácticamente era un bebé, ¡mi querida finca!. ¡Espero les guste!
My happy place is located in the Falcón State, precisely in the Paraguaná Peninsula where the whole family has a large farm, which I have always liked to go to since I was very young. Before, the whole family used to get together in December (even some uncles who lived in Valencia would go) and we would receive the New Year there. The photographs that I want to share were taken the last time I went there. Our farm is called "El Brasil" and it is located at the entire tip of the Peninsula.
Mi lugar feliz se ubica en el Estado Falcón, justamente en la Península de Paraguaná en donde toda la familia tenemos una gran finca, a la que siempre me ha gustado ir desde muy pequeña. Antes solíamos reunirnos en Diciembre toda la familia (incluso unos tíos que vivían en Valencia iban) y recibíamos el año allá. Las fotografías que quiero compartir las tomé la útlima vez que fuí para allá. Nuestra hacienda se llama "El Brasil" y está ubicada en toda la punta de la Península.
When we went, it was an intense summer so the trees were a bit dry as well as the vegetation, the climate is normally desert, the sun is inclement and the breeze is salty. I really like to walk a lot during the day to take advantage of sunbathing, I admit that the weather hurts me a bit since my skin breaks out, however that does not prevent me from enjoying and taking pictures. I also like that the moon can be seen early in the sky
Cuando fuimos, había un verano intenso por lo que los árboles estaban un poco secos así como la vegetación, el clima normalmente es desertico, el sol inclemente y la brisa es salobre. Me gusta mucho caminar mucho durante el día para aprovechar de tomar sol, reconozco que el clima me hace un poco de daño ya que mi piel se brota, sin embargo eso no me impide disfrutar y tomar fotografías. También me gusta que la luna se puede ver temprano en el cielo.
This is the house we come to every time we come, I love it because despite the weather it is very cool and I really like it because we are surrounded by animals like turkeys, ducks, chickens, roosters and goats. I really like walking around animals and since I was very little I like to play with the goats, although now I only caress them. Near the back we have a corral where my uncles have laying hens, and their chicks, which they take out once they are big.
Esta es la casa a la que llegamos cada vez que venimos, me encanta porque a pesar del clima es muy fresca y me gusta mucho porque estamos rodeados de animales como pavos, patos, gallinas, gallos y chivos. Me gusta mucho caminar alrededor de los animales y desde muy pequeña me gusta jugar con los chivos, aunque ahora sólo los acaricio. Cerca en la parte de atrás tenemos un corral en el que mis tios tienen las gallinas ponedoras, y sus pollitos los cuales los sacan una vez están grandes.
Here I always witness a beautiful sunset, which I always like to photograph, the sun always sets later than usual and since the moon can be seen rising from around 5 pm, both can be seen in the sky, although quite far from the one from another
Aquí siempre soy testigo de un hermoso atardecer, el cual siempre me gusta fotografiar, el sol siempre se oculta más tarde de lo habitual y como la luna puede verse saliendo desde apróximadamente las 5 pm, se pueden ver ambos en el cielo aunque bastante lejos el uno del otro.
As you can see, my paradise is beautiful! I really like being here in the middle of nature, which is relaxing since we don't have television or reception to use the cell phone, but it does have a quiet environment for activities like enjoying a book or doing exercises, I miss going a lot since I haven't been there for several months. travel there, but here I feel at home and I especially enjoy spending time with my family, such as my cousins who always accompany me for a walk. I also like to climb the trees and enjoy the view, the shade and the breeze.
Como pueden ver, ¡mi paraíso es hermoso! me gusta mucho estar aquí en medio de la naturaleza lo cual es relajante ya que no tenemos televisión ni recepción para usar el celular, pero si un tranquilo ambiente para actividades como disfrutar un libro o hacer ejercicios, extraño mucho ir ya que tengo varios meses sin viajar para allá, pero aqui me siento en casa y disfruto mucho en especial el tiempo compartiendo con mis familiares como por ejemplo mis primitos los cuales siempre me acompañan a caminar. También me gusta subirme a los árboles y disfrutar de la vista, la sombra y la brisa.

Gracias por compartir con nosotros las fotos y tu experiencia de un lugar que te hace sentir en casa.
Ahorita no sé si me gustaron más las fotos de los animalitos o el atardecer. 😅
Que bueno que tienen esa finca para compartir en familiar, tener contacto con la naturaleza y supongo que por el lugar donde se encuentra, resulta un punto de desconexión total.
Ojalá puedas ir a caminar por ahí pronto, la brisa mueva tu cabello y nos traigas nuevas fotos de cómo se encuentran los animalitos. 😁
