Wrong choices
Good evening Hivers!
Too often we are faced with wrong choices but it is never too late to reverse them. When we are faced with a choice, it always seems to be the best one in our eyes. We motivate ourselves, we tell ourselves that we must achieve goals, we promise ourselves not to make mistakes. But punctually along the way we run into some problem or some unforeseen event that makes our good idea look bad.
I have made some programming mistakes here on Hive this past month and have not grown as I wanted to. I promised myself I would meet the deadline, I was supposed to collect 330 HP in January but I end up with only 180 HP and I have only myself to blame because too often I preferred to do everything but PowerUp.
But as of today the music changes, as of today I set myself my primary goal and I must not lose sight of it. I decided that I would try to do a total powerUp of about 330 HP every month, this month it was like that but from now on I will not lose sight of my goal.
Publishing has gone quite well over the last 20 days, I have been able to reap some rewards. Other fruits I squandered instead.
This is not good.
My new plan
From now on I am committed to making my new plan come to fruition.
At least 300 HP per month of PowerUp. No ifs or buts.
Every post of mine that receives rewards will put one more brick towards my ultimate goal.
I believe in Hive more than any other time, I know well that you have to take advantage of the Bear Market to build a solid wallet for the next Bull Run, I know well that you can't make mistakes anymore.
From today onwards all post rewards will go straight into my Hive Power. There are no more excuses.
We have to build something solid for the future, we have to be Hive citizens (as the good TaskMaster suggests). We have to lay the foundations of the infrastructure. They, in this case, are represented by our Wallets.
I want to be a winner and not a loser.
A winner cannot lose sight of its goal, a winner should not be swayed by anything else.
The plans are these, plus others that I will draw up in the near future. Among them: increase the SPS stake, increase the GLS stake and increase the Woo Token stake.
End of story. I hope I can fulfil my promises :)

Scelte sbagliate
Buonasera Hivers!
Troppo spesso ci ritroviamo di fronte a scelte sbagliate ma non è mai troppo tardi per invertire la rotta. Quando ci troviamo a dover prendere una scelta, ai nostri occhi sembra sempre quella migliore. Ci motiviamo, ci diciamo che dobbiamo raggiungere degli obbiettivi, ci promettiamo di non sbagliare. Ma puntualmente durante il nostro percorso ci ritroviamo di fronte a qualche problema o qualche imprevisto che fa sembrare la nostra buona idea una cattiva idea.
Ho fatto degli errori di programmazione qui su Hive in questo ultimo mese e non sono cresciuto come volevo. Mi ero promesso di rispettare i termini, avrei dovuto raccogliere 330 HP a gennaio ma mi ritrovo con soli 180 HP e la colpa è solo mia perchè troppo spesso ho preferito fare tutto fuorchè fare PowerUp.
Ma da oggi la musica cambia, da oggi mi ripongo il mio obbiettivo primario e non devo perderlo assolutamente di vista. Ho stabilito che avrei provato a fare un powerUp totale di 330 HP circa ogni mese, questo mese è andata così ma da ora in poi non perderò più di vista il mio obbiettivo.
Le pubblicazioni sono andate abbastanza bene negli ultimi 20 giorni, ho potuto raccogliere alcuni frutti. Altri frutti invece li ho sperperati.
Così non va bene.
Il mio nuovo piano
Da questo momento mi impegno per far si che il mio nuovo piano arrivi a compimento.
Almeno 300 HP al mese di PowerUp. Senza se e senza ma.
Ogni mio post che riceverà ricompense andrà a mettere un mattoncino in più verso il mio obbiettivo finale.
Credo in Hive più di qualsiasi altro momento, so bene che bisogna approfittare del Bear Market per costruire un wallet solido in vista della prossima Bull Run, so bene che non si può più sbagliare.
Da oggi in poi tutte le rewards dei post andranno dritte dritte nel mio Hive Power. Non ci sono più scuse.
Bisogna costruire qualcosa di solido per il futuro, bisogna essere dei cittadini di Hive ( come suggerisce il buon TaskMaster). Bisogna che gettiamo le fondamenta delle infrastrutture. Esse, in questo caso, sono rappresentate dai nostri Wallet.
Voglio essere un vincitore e non un perdente.
Un vincitore non può perdere di vista il proprio obbiettivo, un vincitore non dovrebbe farsi influenzare da altro.
I piani sono questi, oltre ad altri che elaborerò in un futuro prossimo. Tra di essi: aumentare lo stake degli SPS, aumentare lo stake dei GLS ed aumentare lo stake dei Woo Token.

E' importante avere un piano, un macro obiettivo da frazionare in tanti obiettivi di medio e breve termine e mantenere sempre la rotta.
