As promised, today I bring you another little work done with the c2c "corner to corner" technique. But, today is a color change practice. I'm practicing the color change because I accepted a c2c challenge, and I got into two other challenges which is to make amigurumis (one is a character and the other one I haven't chosen yet, but I think it will be an animal). So I have to get active and finish all the challenges on time. I am so motivated to finish everything on time so I can show you the result of those challenges. I find the c2c technique very beautiful and that it can be used to make works of art, it's like making drawings (of whatever you want) but in a more fun and original way. I really want to make a tablecloth of just hearts, but it will be while I can raise money to buy more pablum yarn. The pattern for this heart can be found on many sites, it is free, and although I searched everywhere for the author of the pattern, I did not get it. I am going to show you a little of the process.

Como lo prometido es deuda, el día de hoy les traigo otro trabajito hecho con la técnica c2c "de esquina a esquina". Pero, el día de hoy es una práctica de cambio de color. Estoy practicando el cambio de color porque acepté un reto de c2c, y me metí en otros dos retos que es de hacer amigurumis (uno es un personaje y el otro aún no lo he elegido, pero creo que será un animal). Así que tengo que activarme y terminar todos los retos a tiempo. Estoy tan motivada por terminarlo todo a tiempo y así poder mostrarles el resultado de dichos retos. La técnica de c2c me parece muy hermosa y que se puede usar para hacer obras de arte, es como hacer dibujos (de lo que se desee) pero de manera más divertida y original. Tengo muchas ganas de hacer un mantel de solo corazones, pero ya será mientras pueda reunir dinero y así comprar más hilo pábilo. El patrón de este corazón se encuentra en muchos sitios, es gratuito, y aunque busqué por todos lados el autor del patrón, no lo conseguí. Les voy a mostrar un poco el proceso.

• Comienza lo divertido, y es el cambio de color. Como pueden ver en la imagen de la izquierda, estamos en la vuelta 11, que sería 11x11 cuadros. En la imagen derecha, estoy la vuelta 16, que es el inicio de las disminuciones hasta cerrar el cuadrado. A partir de esta parte, todo suele ser más fácil.

• I didn't like the result, the color change was very noticeable, so I started to analyze how I should make the color change and I decided to make another heart, but changing the color. I used pink, because as I said on Monday, it is the color I have the most. I knitted and unknitted several times until I found the almost perfect color change. Little by little I will make more squares to complete and make the tablecloth I want.

• No me gustó mucho el resultado, se notaba mucho el cambio de color, así que me puse a analizar como es que debía hacer el cambio de color y decidí hacer otro corazón, pero cambiando el color. Usé el rosa, porque como dije el lunes, es el color que más tengo. Tejí y destejí varias veces hasta dar con el cambio de color casi perfecto. Poco a poco iré haciendo más cuadrados para completar y hacer el mantel que quiero.
