Today I'm showing you the fourth "Fruits and Vegetables" keychain I'm making for a greengrocer. I thought of making a potato, because it's not very common to see someone using a keychain like this. This pattern is beginner level, it's super easy to make and looks very pretty. When we hear the word potatoes or fries, we think of the delicious french fries, those that a good sauce would come in handy at any time. It is difficult to imagine a world without them. Its characteristic flavor and variety of ways to prepare it place it on the long list of foods that cannot be missing on our plate. Originally from the Andes in South America, potatoes flood the markets and plates of millions of people around the world. A tuber that comes in various shapes, sizes and colors, the most common of which is brown with a light or pale yellow interior. Hoy les muestro el cuarto llavero de "Frutas y vegetales" que estoy haciendo para un verdulero. Se me ocurrió hacer una papa, porque no es muy común ver a alguien usar un llavero así. Este patrón es nivel iniciación, es superfácil de hacer y queda muy bonito. Cuando escuchamos la palabra patatas o papas, nos llega a la mente las deliciosas papas fritas, esas que una buena salsa vendría muy bien en cualquier momento. Y es que se nos es difícil imaginarse un mundo sin ella. Su característico sabor y variedad de maneras de prepararla la posiciona en la amplia lista de los alimentos que no pueden faltar en nuestro plato. Originaria de los Andes en Sudamérica, las papas inundan los mercados y platos de millones de personas alrededor del mundo. Un tubérculo que se presenta de diversas formas, tamaños y colores, siendo el más usual de estos el color marrón con un interior amarillo claro o pálido. Su sabor es amargo, pero sabiéndola preparar es exquisita. Puede ser preparada de muchas maneras, cocidas, al vapor, crudas, puré o fritas. También utilizadas en la elaboración de salsas, ensaladas y emparedados. En mi país los estados Táchira, Trujillo y Mérida son los mayores productores de papas en el país. Las papas contienen una considerable cantidad de hierro, otros minerales como el magnesio, potasio y fósforo forman parte de su composición. Además de fuentes de vitaminas como la B1, B3, B6, C.
