I still feel bothered on what happened yesterday. I was thinking whether I deserved the mistreatment or not. My brain seems to trick me but I tried to avoid being drawn to negative thinking. Anyway, I stayed at home today, I did some chores, online tasks, and delivered a discourse in sign language via Zoom.
