Back in 1996

There's been a lot of changes in my life back in 1996. I graduated from grade school, and it means saying goodbye to my friends and classmates. Some of them are in the school as mine in high school, but many enrolled to other schools.
It was in mid-1996 when I entered high school. So much changes, and I gained new friends. I became part of the special science class after passing the exam. It's also a crucial part of our lives due to puberty period.
Preferences also changed. I remember beginning to like music, and started to watch MTV and Channel V. It's the period when I used to see the videos of Alanis Morissette and Mariah Carey, at the peak of their respective albums "Jagged Little Pill" and "Daydream".
Celine Dion also returned for an English album "Falling Into You" which became her biggest album to date. Michael Jackson is over the music channels with music videos of "You Are Not Alone", "Earth Song", and "They Don't Care About Us". The Fugees also became a favorite with their hip-hop/R&B version of the song "Killing Me Softly".
Spice Girls has debuted with "Wannabe" and it became huge worldwide even until 1997. Michael Jordan also became a movie star with the box office hit "Space Jam" along with a hit soundtrack.

Saturday

I had originally planned of staying at home to rest but my wife kept asking me if I wanted to go out for deaf field service. Eventually, I decided to go with her. It was a success though.
