Beautiful and Sublime Sunday at the Beach

I have been coughing for several days, and it's giving me a hard time. It started with sore throat a week ago. There are improvements on my condition, which I'm glad about.

I didn't attend our sign language weekend meeting in the city as I used to because I avoid transmitting the virus to anyone. However, my wife and I attended virtually so we still have participations on the discussions.

My wife wanted to go to the beach, and she said it will be good for my healing. I used to remember my mother bringing me to the beach if my cough has been bad. I cough it out in the besch along with the breeze, and I'll feel better. It might not totally heal cough but it can help.

I really enjoyed walking in the shore again. The breeze is also cold in the afternoon. The waves in the sea are quite strong. Watch the YouTube Shorts I posted in the platform below.

I'm also sharing this song which often comes to my head whenever I'm in the beach. It's "Pure Shores" by All Saints, which was the theme song of the Leonardo DiCaprio film "The Beach.
