There are times when we feel like walking in the dark. Many people are suffering from depression. They don't find a way where the light is. The feeling of "nobody cares" is overpowering them. Thus, they suffer in silence.
There are people who truly cares, and understand your situation if you are stuck in such state of mind. They are willing to listen without judgment. They serve as the light as you walk in the dark streets. Illuminate to see the positive side of things.

I think too, that sometimes, depression happens when you don't think about all the things you should be thankful for. We tend to focus on negative things, emotions, events, and after a while, that becomes the focus of our whole world. We have to choose to be joyful! The world is full of negativity, and it's easy to get sucked into that. God is light; He shows us the way; He is love and joy and so much more.

Yeah. Some people dwell in darkness. Though others has low serotonin levels, hereditary, and chemical imbalance which causes the mental illness.

Those are lit all year. It's nice to light up the park so we feel safe.
