Orchestra (Freewrite Challenge)

Elma is the performer of the night. The song the judges has given her to perform is "Hero" by Mariah Carey. Before the performance, a VTR of her rehearsals are shown as well as one of the judges watching and giving some tips to work on her performance.

After the VTR was shown, the spotlight is on her as she started to sing "Hero" in acapella. As the chorus started, an orchestra at the background began to play as the stage lights up. The platform where she stood began to descend but not too high.

Because of her vocal range, the song isn't difficult for her to perform. What she has worked on more is her emotions while singing. The performance was well received as the judges gave her standing ovation. It is one of her multiple standing ovation, and the response from the audience is similar.
