Parking Ticket (Freewrite Challenge)
One of the places I miss visiting is the mall we used to hang out after a long day of deaf ministry. The last time was two days before the quarantine a year ago. After our lunch from our deaf friends, we traveled around 30 minutes, and decided to go park in the mall, and the guard even forgot to give the parking ticket when we entered the parking area.
I have been to two different malls this pandemic to buy what we needed for June. We left early though because such places are hotspots of Covid19. For sure we miss a lot of things since the pandemic. But our goal is for its end. Our life back to normalcy is all we wanted.
Someday, we will look back at the pandemic as the thing of the past. Of course, it's a part of human history, but we will realize how we've been resilient during these times.
