Jason felt quite pressured when Elma has overtaken his single "The Machine" from the top spot of the Hot 100. His management has scheduled him for a week of radio tours because it will help his song go back to the number 1.

On one of the radio stations where he was the guest, he was asked by the DJ if Jason was affected by Elma's current hit. He replied "not really. I am happy for her success, and it's a proof that Centerstage is a home for music talents. Elma is one of Centerstage's product."

Elma heard about the interview, and she was quite upset but she just ignored it. It won't do her good, instead she'll focus on her new song, and she's doing radio tours as well.

At the current chart, "The Machine" is down to number 2 of the Hot 100, and even its sales has dropped to 198k. It was a slow sales week for other singles except for Elma's "Love Sign". Jason's single was also eclipsed by Elma's new song at the Streaming Chart.

Even in UK, Jason's single also dropped to number 2, but it wasn't Elma who took the throne, instead by another artist. Elma's song is only at number 3 in UK Singles. But internationally, Elma has proven she holds the crown as she took it from Jason, which the latter's single dropped to number 2, and had sales of 410k.

His previous single "For Me" is still doing good though which is at number 30 at the Hot 100, number 52 in UK Singles, and number 34 in Global Singles Chart. Somewhat, Jason is happy because some tracks from his "Winner" album re-entered at Digital Singles Chart, with good amount of digital downloads during the week. Even "The Machine" has already crossed 3 million global sales in just six weeks of release, and all his tracks has sold nearly 10 million records.

Centerstage Management has announced that they will also be releasing an extended play of Jason which the tracks are from his performances from "Centerstage". The EP will be released in a month, but there is no confirmation yet whether the EP will release a single.
