Vivid Dreams (Freewrite Challenge)

Mark turned 90 years old, and the crisis in the country has worsened despite the new administration in the country. Since Mark was known in his town, he rejected any offers of joining politics. For him, politics is a waste of energy. He still feel bad though because situation has never been good.

He turned 100 years old in 2000, and was listed among centenarians and one of the oldest person in the country. Despite his age, his memory is still sharp that he can still remember his struggles, and everything he has gone through.

At that period, he often had vivid dreams about the first world war, and how he escaped along with his mother. His dream of becoming a doctor was also postponed because schooling was stopped. After the war, his memory about the Spanish flu pandemic are also in his dreams.
