I stay when we sense growth.

What started like a play has turned into a very serious deal.
It started with a good explanation on how I will just publish things and get rewarded for publishing them.

That was the primary reason for joining the community, at first, I thought it will just be a sweet place to just come in and cash out some funds, lol.

Unfortunately, it didn't happen that way rather it came in another direction, I was suppose to be making money but money did not come, hmmm!! at first frustration set in since I wasn't meeting the said target but the constant follow up and encouragement from my friend kept me going.

Like how do we engage in a contest together but he ends up getting more rewards than me?

How do you explain this to me? I asked, he will just laugh and say just keep doing what you are doing. It's not all about competition with other people but competing with yourself making sure you get it better you did previously.

For how long will I keep doing this? As at then I had spent 3 months in this space but yet nothing to show for it.

While I was busy looking at the income part and posting for that reason, a different thing was happening to me which I didn't take note of.

Which is the reason why I am still here.

Growth was happening in me, I was becoming intellectually sound, not like I was dumb but every area has something to teach and until you learn the dealings in that space it will be very difficult for you to thrive in such a space, so I was learning new things on the hive platform.

In this place income doesn't just come without growth, the level of your growth and advancement moves in the same proportion with the level of what you earn in this space.

So I stayed because I know I am not the same person I used to be 4 years ago when I joined the train.

So many things have happened, I have learnt both the easy and hard way on this platform.

Although my level of engagement has dropped in the platform and reason being that I have got so many schedules tied to my neck that hardly give me the chance to participate in things like this.

Nevertheless we keep going regardless, though the rewards coming from posts lately are not encouraging due to bearishness in the market.
I no longer do it for the token but for the fun of meeting new things, people and ideas ( could this be true?)

I am staying here for the purpose of growth. Money can come later when value is achieved, but then money has to come right on time.

Let's keep the train moving.
