Getting Close to the Boss.

Hi, I'm back with another contribution to Gaming Photography community and this time I'm going to join Gaming Photography Weekly Contest.

Waking up past noon at the ranch, I found Abigail and Jack already up and working. After a brief chat where Abigail urged John to focus on ranch work over bounty hunting, I tried to interact with her and get breakfast, but was ignored, prompting me to leave the house.

I woke up in bed to find Abigail had already gotten up for the day, which wasn't surprising since nobody else on the ranch sleeps until noon.

Stepping out of the bedroom, I checked on little Jack, but his room was empty too. It seems I am the only one around here who sleeps in late, just like I do in real life.

Walking outside, I ran into Abigail heading back toward the house. She brought up the farm, telling me we need to work hard to keep the ranch running smoothly.

John mentioned the money he had paid off, but Abigail quickly brushed off the talk about finances, making it clear she wanted him to stop taking risky bounty jobs and focus on building a peaceful life at home.

She said she didn't just like this place, she love it because it was finally home.

I walked closer to her, hoping for an option to hug or kiss her, but the game didn't give me any prompt to do that. Instead, she just turned around and walked back into the house.

Following her inside, I hoped for a unique interaction, but she simply sat down on the couch and went right back to her crocheting.

I sat down next to her on the sofa just to keep her company, but with no actions available, I eventually stood back up.

Before heading out to look for a new bounty contract, I decided to check if there was any food left over. Even though it was already one in the afternoon, I sat down at the dining table hoping Abigail might serve up some food.

She completely ignored me, continuing her work without bringing over a plate.

Realizing I had missed both breakfast and lunch by sleeping in, I scratched my face, got up from the table, and walked out the front door.
