Reunited at the Ranch.

After reaching the property without facing any more Skinners, Uncle helped John down from his horse to get comfortable. The next morning, John brushed his horse and gathered supplies. Abigail, Jack, and Rufus arrived shortly after, reuniting the family and making all of John's hard work worthwhile.

We finally reached Beecher's Hope and made it onto the property without facing any more Skinners on our way. The two of them got Uncle down off the horse, and they needed to get him comfortable inside.

Uncle mentioned that he thought he was dead, but Charles assured him that they killed most of the threat.

Charles then reassured John that they would be safe here, and John was really hoping that would be the case, especially if Abigail ever comes back.

It was a brand new day, and John was walking around his property, clearing things out and working all by himself. They had already built a big barn, but they were still going to need some livestock as well.

John took some time to brush his horse and collect supplies around the ranch.

Before long, it looked like his family had finally returned. Both Abigail and Jack arrived along with their dog, Rufus. John was so happy to see them that he ran right over to greet them, barely able to believe that they were actually standing there.

He and Abigail hugged each other tightly right on the path.

Abigail mentioned that John always managed to find the right words, referring to the letter he had sent her. She looked around the ranch and said it was quite a good place they had put together.

She also pointed out Rufus, mentioning that he was loyal, dumb, and angry, which reminded her a lot of John. Little Jack looked really happy as well, seeing that they finally had a proper home to call their own.

It felt like everything came together just fine, exactly as John had hoped. The family was whole again, and the hard work had paid off. With that chapter closed, a few new missions appeared around the area, opening up the next steps for John on the ranch.
