The Fight with the Langton's.

After securing a bridge from an ambush, we eliminated bounty hunters stationed along the canyon flats and high ledges. After a surprise attack by Langton's men on horseback, we stowed the target, activated Dead Eye to survive a rolling high-ground crossfire, and escaped safely out of the canyons.

After taking care of the hunter who alerted the whole gang, we were crossing a bridge and I noticed there was another hunter shooting from behind us, so I had to take care of him there fast, turning around swiftly to drop him before he could ruin our mission.

After getting to the other side of the hanging bridge, I found more bounty hunters on our level surface, and there were some on high ground as well and all of them kept shooting us.

After shooting them alongside Sadie for a moment, I decided to ignore her totally as she is just an NPC, and I started giving the enemy crew hell, dropping targets one by one with calculated rifle shots.

Just when we decided to guess there were no more enemies alive, we climbed down to grab our bounty, but there came more of Langton's guys on horses, kicking up massive clouds of dust as they rounded the canyon bend.

Well, after shooting all the enemies on horseback, we called our horses. And I stowed the bounty on my horseback when Sadie was on alert.

Right when we were getting out of the canyons, more of Langton's guys started shooting us from every side. And we had to fire back while we were sprinting our horses.

It was a little tough as those guys were shooting us from high grounds while we were sprinting on horses, but I could take them out while I had the Dead Eye ready ability and at last we overcame all of them.

After getting out of the canyons, the two of them kept riding ahead without having any enemies on their back. And I noticed the sun was about to set real soon, casting a brilliant orange glow across the open plains ahead.

Here I'm finishing the post for today, and I'll talk about more special RDR 2 gaming moments in Gaming Photography.

"The screenshots are my take but properties of Red Dead Redemption 2."
Stowing the bounty while Sadie covered the area was a nice touch. It made the mission feel more cinematic and believable.
Teamwork, man, teamwork.
You thought the canyon was finally quiet, and Langton's guys immediately showed up with a whole cavalry reinforcement. But they didn't know where they had set foot. Cause you know, when John is somewhere, that somewhere becomes his own turf.

I like how you stayed focused on the objective instead of chasing every enemy. That helped keep the mission moving without unnecessary risks.
It was all about escaping at that moment, no way I'd chase the enemies and die.
Using Dead Eye at the end was definitely the right call. It makes dealing with enemies on horseback and high ledges so much more manageable.
Its my best friend for every gunfight.
