Watching The Epilogue Credits.

During the end credits, I watched vignettes showing where former gang members ended up, including Pearson running a store in Rhodes and Sadie saying goodbye to John's family. The lawmen eventually tracked down John's ranch, while brief cutscenes of wild animals and Rains Fall brought back fond memories of Arthur.

Watching the credits roll, I got to see what happened to most of the surviving gang members. The lawmen were still actively investigating, with scenes showing them searching around Rhodes.

Mr. Pearson appeared to be running a store in town, looking somewhat tense despite his new life. He even kept a framed photograph of his old gang hanging on the wall inside the shop.

As the lawmen continued their investigation, I found myself hoping their trail would not lead straight to John and his family, who were finally living a quiet and happy life.

The credits cut to the port of Saint Denis, showing a couple that I failed to recognize, though they might have been former gang members. While rock music played in the background, I waited through the sequence to see where the narrative vignettes would lead next.

I watched John and Abigail bid Sadie a final goodbye. Although I initially hoped she might settle down with them, it made sense for her to move on rather than complicate the household.

I just hoped Uncle would stay behind, given his poor health and his constant complaints about his lumbago.

The screen shifted to a familiar location that turned out to be the Annesburg coal mine rather than the oil factory I initially mistook it for. The oil company had been the place where Arthur saw Dutch’s true nature when Dutch left him to die.

Arthur's ex girlfriend Mary Linton was seen grieving at Arthur's grave. I Felt real bad seeing this scene cause they could have a happy life if Arthur would listen to Mary when she asked him to leave everything behind for her but Arthur rejected the offer for the gang.

Back on the ranch, a touching scene showed John teaching Jack how to brush and clean a horse, proving the kid was fortunate to have his father back to guide him.

Unfortunately, the scene cut back to the investigating lawmen, who had successfully tracked John down to the ranch. They did not attack immediately, choosing instead to fall back and observe from a distance.

After brief shots of Saint Denis and a moonlit riverbank where deer were drinking water, a lone fox appeared on screen. The sight instantly reminded me of the foxes Arthur saw in his high-honor vision sequences, making me miss him as a protagonist.

He was a truly good man who genuinely cared for his gang and the people around him.

Toward the very end of the credits, the camera focused on an abandoned church with vultures feasting on a corpse, followed by a solitary man standing atop a cliff.

I struggled to recall his name at first, but I quickly remembered him as Rains Fall, the father of Eagle Flies, standing alone as the final images faded.
