Physical fitness exercises determine your strength

Today I writing on the topic PHYSICAL FITNESS
Before I proceed, I will love to tell you what physical fitness is;
Physical fitness is when we are strong and healthy to perform our assigned task.
When a person is physically fit, he or she is able to carry out the daily activities, and participate in sports. A person whose career is helping people to become physically fit is called a Fitness trainer.

Let's look at some fitness exercises:
A lot of people thinks that all the exercises performed is for physical fitness but today I write to outline the basic physical fitness exercises. Some of the physical fitness exercises are:

1. Push Ups
During press ups exercise, the body is stretched on the floor with all the weight resting on the palms and the tip toes. The body is then gradually lowered down to allow the chest fairly touch the ground. The arms will be stretched upward for the body to return to the starting position. You repeat this action depending on the number of times you are fitted.

2. Jogging
This requires a slowly running on a steady pace for a period of time and distance as desired.

3. Sit and Reach
The performer takes a sitting position with legs fully stretched. He or she bends slightly forward and then stretches the hands to touch the tip of the toes and comes back slowly to the starting position.

4. Squat
The performer bends his/her knees as if about to sit. He/she remains in this position with the heels close to the buttocks and thighs close to the calves. The performer then rises up again and squats down repeatedly.

5. Bent Knee
The performer bends his or her knee with arms spread and rises up again. This should be done repeatedly depending on your strength.

6. Sit Up
In this fitness exercise, the performer lies down on the floor with the knees bent and arms placed behind the head. The body is gently lifted off the ground and returned again

Advantages of Physical fitness
A physically fit person is a mentally alerted, healthy and strong person. He does his daily activities without stress and also has the competency for engage in any sporting event without breaking down . He also maintains a healthy weight and is not prone to diseases such has diabetes, heart problems, obesity and high blood pressure
Above all, I place this as an advice to everyone out there reading this content to take active part in physical fitness exercises to help boost their immunity.
