Hello everyone, once again, it is always a pleasure for me to share my experiences and what I have come to learn over time, today I bring to you a new publication that I hope can contribute to continue achieving our plans as entrepreneurs.

There are many challenges that haunt the dreams of a person who starts with a new venture, many of those challenges are directly related to the way we think and also with the internal struggles we have, because of course, as much as we want to start a new project, there are always insecurities.

But just as we must change our mentality to have a better lifestyle and good habits, to be successful in our entrepreneurship as well, although many times when we are entrepreneurs, these things are with us and we just need to be reminded of them, to continue, and that is what I seek to do with this publication.

Hola a todos, una vez más, siempre es un placer para mí compartir mis experiencias y lo que he llegado a aprender con el paso del tiempo, hoy traigo para ustedes una nueva publicación que espero pueda contribuir a que sigamos alcanzando nuestros planes como emprendedores.

Hay muchos retos que persiguen los sueños de una persona que comienza con un nuevo emprendimiento, muchos de esos retos están directamente relacionados con la forma en que pensamos y también con las luchas internas que tenemos, porque claro, por mucho que deseemos comenzar un nuevo proyecto, siempre existen inseguridades.

Pero así como debemos cambiar de mentalidad para tener un mejor estilo de vida y buenos hábitos, para tener éxito en nuestro emprendimiento también, aunque muchas veces cuando somos emprendedores, estas cosas nos acompañan y solo necesitamos que nos las recuerden, para continuar, y eso es lo que busco hacer con esta publicación.

To begin with we have to have a clear vision of what we want to do, no venture is too small for us to have it. Asking ourselves from time to time what do we want, where do we want to get to, and what things can we do from now on to achieve the goal? It will help us to have a clear vision of what we must do and what we want to achieve, which is essential from my point of view, it is the beginning of everything.

But this must be accompanied by the love we feel for what we do, they say that things always go better when we do them with love, and this is no exception, the idea is to put desire to what we do but not allow that to rob us of the love we feel when we do it. Because they say that when we put a price on what we love, it ceases to be the same, but the truth is that if we love what we do and also earn some money with it, it is a blessing.

On the other hand, we must take every opportunity we have to learn, experience and time will always allow us to learn more about our work, what things are more convenient, what the public likes more and other things and that is why our mentality must be to always seek the opportunity to learn more and more things, because that will only help us to improve more every day.

Para comenzar tenemos que tener Clara nuestra visión sobre lo que queremos hacer, ningún emprendimiento es demasiado pequeño para que la tengamos. Preguntarnos de vez en cuando ¿qué es lo que queremos? ¿A dónde deseamos llegar? y ¿qué cosas podemos hacer desde ahora para lograr alcanzar el objetivo? Nos ayudará a tener una visión clara de lo que debemos hacer y lo que queremos alcanzar, lo cual es primordial desde mi punto de vista, es el inicio de todo.

Pero esto debe ir acompañado de ese amor que sentimos por lo que hacemos, dicen por ahí que las cosas siempre salen mejor cuando las hacemos con amor, y esta no es la excepción, la idea es ponerle ganas a lo que hacemos pero no permitir que aquello nos robe el amor que sentimos al hacerlo. Porque dicen que cuando le ponemos precio a lo que amamos, deja de ser igual, pero la verdad es que si amamos lo que hacemos y además ganamos algo de dinero con eso, es una bendición.

Por otra parte, hay que aprovechar toda oportunidad que tengamos para aprender, la experiencia y el tiempo siempre nos permitirán ir aprendiendo más sobre nuestro trabajo, que cosas son más convenientes, que le gusta más al público y otras cosas más y por eso nuestra mentalidad debe ser de siempre buscar la oportunidad de aprender más y más cosas, porque eso solo contribuirá a que podamos mejorar más cada día.

But I think that what we must also always keep in mind and that sometimes we forget, is that we must have balance, an entrepreneurship is something that requires a lot of our time and our efforts, but devote all our time and energy to it, can make us gradually lose the love for what we do and see it as a burden and also can make us neglect other things that are much more important.

Having this mentality and not allowing failures, bad comments or even our own mind and insecurity to make us change that mentality, will make us be successful entrepreneurs, even if we have a few clients and we are not so well known, because after all, we are clear about things.

Pero creo que lo que también debemos tener en mente siempre y que a veces se nos olvida, es que hay que tener equilibrio, un emprendimiento es algo que requiere mucho de nuestro tiempo y nuestros esfuerzos, pero dedicar todo nuestro tiempo y energías a ello, puede hacer qué poco a poco perdamos el amor por lo que hacemos y lo veamos como una carga y además, puede hacer qué descuidemos otras cosas que son mucho más importantes.

Tener esta mentalidad y no permitir que los fracasos, los malos comentarios o hasta nuestra propia mente e inseguridad nos hagan cambiar esa mentalidad, nos hará ser emprendedores exitosos, incluso aunque tengamos unos pocos clientes y no seamos tan conocidos, porque después de todo, tenemos claras las cosas.
