How I Like My Noodles

Even though I am not very skilled at cooking, I do my best to put forth additional effort when I am doing it since I enjoy food.

I won't be giving you guys anything remarkable. I am unable to prepare or plate anything elaborate. I only want to demonstrate how I like to cook my instant noodles in this post.

We often just boil them and eat them, correct?
That's not how I do it.
When I prepare instant noodles, I typically add garlic, onions, and, if I have any, onion leaves.
So, this is what I did today with my instant noodles.

I prepared first the ingredients that I will use
Luncheon meat
Instant Noodles
Garlic
Onion
Kimchi (for Topping)

I sauteed the garlic and onion, then fried the luncheon meat.

Although I don't have any proof of it, I do this because I think the flavor of the luncheon meat, garlic, and onion will combine with the oil.
hehehe

I removed the luncheon meat after frying and set it aside.

I put the noodles in the pan with 1 bowl of water, then I waited for it to cook.

Due to my sensitivity to too much spice, I did not use all of the spicy powder.

Sesame oil was used since I enjoy its scent.

Despite having just purchased them locally, my noodles had an Asian food aroma. hehe

And lastly, I added a little Japanese mayo. I just saw this on youtube. It alters the taste of the noodle soup, giving it a creamier taste.

I moved the noodles to a big bowl and topped it with luncheon meat and kimchi.

That's it guys! I hope you liked how I prepared my noodles. I started doing this because I was always drooling every time I watched Korean movies.
